The receptionist's response is so terrible that it's scary.Even though the hotel is advertised as starting from 7,800 yen, when I actually go to the hotel, there is always only one room available (over 10,000 yen). And it was a weekday. ⇦That means only the higher rooms are open.Furthermore, there were towels left in the bathroom.Terrible level in everything. It's better to sleep outside.

Anyway, the attitude of the old woman at the front desk is the worst. The room is pretty clean, but everything is wasted.There is no spirit as a service industry!Speaking of Zero, Hotel Zero next to La Pensée has good customer service and is very flexible.

I entered the room earlier and was still in the room, but when I was choosing a room, I was surprised to see another guest yelling at me.This is a story about a time when we were waiting in the waiting room because the time system changed from 12:00, but they were explaining the time so clearly that everyone in the waiting room could hear it, but what? I can't hear you! I felt sorry for the customer who was shouting.My impressions of the hotel were that the service was good, the room was well-cleaned, and it was a comfortable stay.Personally, this is a hotel that I would like to come back to again.

I thought it would be difficult to get in smoothly on weekends if I didn't make a reservation, so I asked for a reservation. An older woman told me that I could get in without making a reservation, but when I asked for the room I wanted, she reserved it for me. I didn't know that you could reserve a parking lot, but I was glad that there was space. The room was on the 4th floor and was average in size and price. I was very happy to receive phone calls.

When I was choosing a room, I asked the front desk if there was any short-term service, but the old lady responded angrily, "What??" I didn't know him, so I was just asking, but he treated me with such a great attitude that when I said, "Okay, that's fine," and was about to leave the hotel, he banged his fist on the table at the front desk to intimidate me.There is a hotel like this...lolI think it would be quite difficult to stay in a good mood, so I think it would be better to use another hotel next door.
