It's located along the national highway, so it's convenient if you have a bike or car. Parking is free. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's cheap. There seemed to be no microwave

As other people have said, there is a smell in the room. There was a constant buzzing sound when the air conditioner was running, so I couldn't sleep without earplugs.Also, the refrigerator was probably out of order and didn't get cold at all, so I couldn't store my breakfast food.The nearest station, Kawagoe Station, is about a 10-minute walk away, and the convenience store is about a 5-minute walk away.I was glad that I was able to stay there for about 2000 yen cheaper due to the regional coupon.

The room is hot, probably because of the western sun. In the summer, the air conditioner may not be as effective because the entire room is warm.Also, the lighting in the room was dim.If you go by car, there is a parking lot behind the building and it is empty, but it is more convenient to park in the parking lot next door.It's cheap anyway. I think it's fine if you value the price.

An old hotel from the Showa era. There is a curfew and the building is locked from 24:00 to 6:00. The location is next to the railroad tracks and the main road, so it's noisy when the windows are open. There are no lights on the ceiling, so it's dark. It's a 4-story building with a small TV (19 inches?).

Probably the lowest price in Kawagoe.It's an old business hotel and there are no lights in the ceiling, so it's dark at night.Overall it's old but not dirty.It can't be helped that the room smells like resin...It's a little far from the station, but within walking distance.

The room smelled like cigarettes.The room is dark.There was no hair dryer in the bathroom, and when I looked for it, I found it under the counter in the room, but there was no explanation.There is mold in the bathroom.There is dust in the corner of the room.On the tray where the teacup was placed, there was something that looked like small particles.It's 5000 yen on Saturday, so I wonder if it's like this?Because I paid in advance, there was no one at the front desk when I checked out, and there was a box to put my keys in. I should have asked about sightseeing, places to eat breakfast, etc. at check-in.I went through a residential area from the station,It was a dark road and it was night, so I didn't meet anyone.

I am the representative of the guest and the corporation.I made a reservation for a week under the name of the company, and provided the full name of the employee who would be staying there, as well as the model of the car. An employee tried to check in and gave his company name, but there were no reservations, so maybe it's another hotel? There are no reservations for another week! was treated lightly.In advance, we sent information about the accommodation to our employees, including photos of the building and a guide map that we had obtained from the website. He even showed the photo to the hotel staff! However, the attitude of the hotel did not change. Employees who were in trouble called me immediately.I made an angry phone call to the hotel! Isn't there a lack of coordination with employees during the day? Since we've given them all the information, including the company name, guest name, and car model, wouldn't it be common sense to dig a little deeper and find a clue? When I was complaining, the hotel staff didn't listen to what I was saying until the end and came up with excuses to cover up my words. That's like patronizing the customer!This guy is a bad guy as a hotel manager, and I will never use this hotel again.
