Relatively close to the station. There is only one elevator, so you will have to wait a while.

The customer service of the working woman is very poor. The one who works around 9am. If you can't serve customers properly, don't work. That's why I was assigned to a low-level store like Nishikawaguchi lol

The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious. However, I had to move the train while holding it, which was inconvenient. Why not put the food a little further back and create a space in front for the train? I was afraid that I would miss the meal when I tried to get it. There was another customer who was using a cane and looked like it would be very inconvenient.

To prevent heatstroke, the child brought an ice pack and requested that it be cooled in the freezer, but the child laughed and then coldly refused, saying, ``We don't do that kind of thing.'' As a result, the next day, when my child's face turned red while I was out, I was unable to cool her down, which put me in a dangerous situation. Another hotel in Saitama city where I stayed the next day was kind enough to freeze my food (and the room rate was more reasonable than Toyoko Inn).

Loud customer service with no front mask. I'm having trouble trying to avoid other people's saliva and droplets. Now that it's in Category 5, it's being treated as something like a cold, and in-house training on hygiene concepts seems to be secondary. I would like to see droplet control when serving customers at the front desk.

I used it when sightseeing in Kanto.I think it is a hotel with high cost performance. The parking lot was also convenient as it was affiliated with the Times.

I've used the hotel several times, and I think the front desk employees are simply not very responsive. There seems to have been a miscommunication regarding the plan we were staying at, but even taking that into consideration, the attitude was quite bad. When I called, I was silent at first. Is it something employees do? The second word also sounded like a fight. can't believe it. I'm not an acquaintance of yours or your friend. I don't think I would have had such an unpleasant experience if I had answered the phone and had been given a thorough explanation at the beginning. This is the first time in my life that I have written a post because I have never been dealt with in such a troublesome manner.I wish I had asked the employee who answered the phone for his name when I received the call. Judging by his voice, he seems to be a man who is not too young. Would you like to learn a little more about telephone support?
