Although it was under renovation before the holidays,Kuroneko-chan was the poster girl for us, changing her location every time we met her, at dinner, in her guest room, or when she saw us off. This is a great inn for cat lovers. There are several types of baths, including family baths, indoor baths, semi-indoor baths, and open-air baths.A wonderful inn where you can enter at any time as long as Nobu is not taking a bath.Tenku no Yu is a place where you can watch sunsets and sunrises. The starry sky at night was also amazing. It's right from the guest room to the bathroom,It was a very comfortable space. The room also has a chilled welcome drink (for tipsy drinks, etc.), amenities, yukata, and a hot spring bag.It is also decorated with Higo inlays. It was a nice room with plenty of space. The meal was a game course,I thought it would be enough because the reviews said it wasn't much.It was very filling and satisfying. The taste is great.I really liked the wine braised wild boar.Breakfast is also very filling, with a choice of French toast or fluffy egg-fried rice, both of which will fill you up.I was surprised that even with the addition of alcohol for dinner, the cost for two people was less than 40,000 yen.Thank you for your kind attention.I would definitely use it again.

I stayed here on a family trip. Wow, I was surprised at how good the bath was! I stayed in a detached house, but there were two, and the indoor bath was light blue! The hot water is also soft! The shared ``Tenku no Yu'' was floating in the sky.As it is an auberge, the food is 120 points. It was a great combination of Italian and French cuisine. It was delicious. Especially the red beef steak 🥩 batch! My Japanese choice for breakfast is fluffy egg-cooked rice.Enjoy it once!

postscriptI stayed here for the fourth time because I wanted to take a bath in Tenku no Yu and Bamboo Forest Hot Spring without hesitation (lol). This time I stayed overnight without meals. In the evening, we had a small meal at a charcoal bar. In the morning, I had a morning set at the nearby Riders Cafe. The coffee is really delicious. The atmosphere is also good.I still have some questions about the operation of the inn. It's OK if you stay overnight without meals. The bathroom is great, but I've stayed here three times and I have some questions about the operation.

One night stay in April 2024The hot spring water has a slightly bluish color and is rich in metasilicic acid.Directly flowing from the sourceThe ``Tenku no Yu'' we are looking for this time has a great view and a great sense of openness. You can also adjust the temperature by adding water. There are 5 hot springs available for private use, and you can enter them if they are available. The temperature of the hot water was just right at ``Takebayashi no Yu.''I was healed by a friendly catThere is no drop-in hot spring available, so only hotel guests can use the hot spring (sweat).

The hot springs in the sky were the best, but depending on the time the water was heated, it was either too hot or lukewarm. The way the food was served gave me a strong sense of ``getting the job done'', and the atmosphere of the conversation was reminiscent of a guesthouse, casual at best, sloppy at worst.I was hoping for beer since I was told that there were 2 bottles of free alcohol in the refrigerator in the room, but there were only 2 bottles.I'd like to go to Tenku no Yu again, but it doesn't seem like day trips are allowed, so if I were to stay there, I'd probably do it without meals next time.

The ``annex'' has two rooms, a semi-open-air bath, an open-air bath that you can walk past a koi pond, and an indoor bath and three baths in the room.If you stay in another room, you'll have to take a bath in a shared bath at a time when no one else is around, so ``separate'' would be the only option. The rice is Western food from the countryside and not very tasty.Tenku-no-Yu has a wonderful sense of openness!

The indoor bath in the annex was hot, and the outdoor bath was lukewarm. The food was delicious❗The breakfast salad was too much⁉️The cat was cute.

I was able to move ahead of schedule and arrived at the inn before check-in, but the inn was locked and I had to wait outside. I had never experienced anything like this before, so I was a little surprised. The service was normal inside the hotel, and even though it's an auberge, I don't think the quality of the food is particularly high, so it feels more like a normal hot spring inn.It was a slightly elaborate Western dish. The hot water and the view from the rooftop bath were nice, but I wouldn't go there again.(It has been a while since I stayed, so I apologize if the situation has improved.)
