I'm writing honestly, it's better if there's a room check section, the black sheets are not clean, maybe it's the grandchildren, the room looks dusty, then the towels are also black, maybe there's a repair or check for each room, I know the price is cheap, but This is a business and I am a customer

An interesting location even though it is far from the center but close to the airport... food, grocery stores around the hotel only.

I was very disappointed with the receptionist, the first time I was placed in a smoking room, I immediately requested to move rooms right then and there, and I had confirmed that my child was allergic to smoke, cigarette smoke and all smoke, but I was moved to the 4th floor, the information came from Ms. It's a non-smoking room, but every time smoke enters my room, it gets crowded and unfortunately, I found lots of cigarette butts in the trash can next to the elevator on the day I checked out. I mean, if there aren't any non-smoking rooms, why NOT just be HONEST and get a refund? My money means I can look for another hotel that is willing to provide a non-smoking room for me and my child, why do I have to lie?I also want to ask whether the people who work here don't know that smoke, especially cigarette smoke, is dangerous for everyone, especially toddlers? If you see a toddler, why aren't you automatically placed in a non-smoking room and if it's full, why don't you just refuse it, why do you have to make a request or note? Isn't it logical that cigarette smoke is dangerous for toddlers? MY CHILD IS VOMITING so much in this room AND SICK because of this, now who wants to take responsibility?Can't wait to stay here again! This strong warning sounds like it's not a kid-friendly hotel. If you're bringing toddlers, it's better to look for another hotel.

Thank you MTC Inn for the 35 days. I stayed there. There are lots of sweet memories at this hotel. The staff are quick to respond and friendly. The restaurant is a winner with food that is the film crew's favorite. So I miss the garlic chicken and pathai rice. Lots of food also around the hotel. So don't worry if you're hungry.Hopefully I can come back to Batam and stay there again

Booked room 409 for 2 nights, room was 350,000IDR each night. Upon entering the room, everything was fine. Until, we wanted to take a shower, and took out the floor matβ¦ It was black, as though it was not washed. There was no hot water.. But whatβs worst, the water pressure was very low. Making it difficult to shower. When we were going to sleep, we pulled the blanket and was really shocked to see the stain on the bed/sheets. We couldnβt sleep comfortably, though the aircon was good.. Well, couldn't complain of the breakfast, was average. Will not come back againβ¦

My inaugural stay at this hotel left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the water pressure on the fourth floor was subpar, ostensibly due to the elevated location of the room. The provided towels and bedsheets were also notably unclean, contributing to an uncomfortable night's sleep. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel for prospective guests based on my bad experience.

Horrible experience. If there is 0 star rating, i'll rate it as that. Room was so dirty, when you enter the toilet and you are greeted with brown stains on the walls. The water pressure was so small and the towels provided were literally dirty and brown. The pillow casings looked like it's been used and not washed. The blanket also has stains and the toilet has many flies.

One of the hotels close to Hang Nadim Airport in Batam City, suitable for transit or catching a morning flight.Very strategic location in the Mega Techno City complex, close to shopping centers and culinary places.This hotel also provides a 'free shuttle' to the airport at certain times by contacting the reception staff.
