First of all, I would like to say that it was a wonderful facility!Spacious, high ceilings, stylish!I like the dirt floor. Bed is comfortable. It was extremely hot every day during my stay, but because of this location, I was able to give up sightseeing and the long lines outside of popular restaurants, and by giving up, I was able to experience what it was like to live in Kyoto, centering around the inn. .There is a convenience store nearby, and I was able to enjoy freshly fried side dishes and the world's best grilled pork at a butcher shop just beyond the convenience store. Nishi Hongan-ji Temple and Higashi Hongan-ji Temple, where you can go sightseeing relatively early in the morning, and Suzuya, a morning ramen restaurant that opens at 7 a.m., were conveniently within walking distance. You can walk to the aquarium and park.Kyoto Station is also just a short taxi ride away!I made full use of taxis! Also, I brought my Nintendo Switch from home and it worked. We recommend connecting it to a TV.Just be careful from here!It is not possible to bring small children. Too fashionable and dangerous. I'm nervous and probably won't be able to rest. It's also in the previous review. It's an insect. It was helpful because I read it beforehand. I brought G Muender and sprayed it into the gap in the entrance every day, so I never encountered it except immediately after entering the room.If you use a washing machine, gel balls are convenient. There is no detergent provided. The dryer is a hot type that dries thoroughly. It seems that they have stopped stocking combs and brushes. The air conditioner makes a lot of noise. The refrigerator only holds drinks. The stylish door in the bathroom won't close. When I was taking a shower right after checking in, I noticed that the body shampoo was empty, so I called and they came to refill it relatively quickly! If you rent out a whole house, who will follow up on accidents? I was worried, but I'm pretty relieved about that. There are various small points to be concerned about. However, I will choose this place again when I go to Kyoto!I'd like to live here.

Solid location with a few convenient stores around. Good size of room and well designed in a quiet street. Not suitable for kids who are too young, with the huge gap between stair handle pillars, as well as steep stair steps (and gap in between), can be dangerous. It was a very pleasant stay for us.

There is a family mart nearby which is convenient. The interior is also stylish. The design-oriented door does not have a sash on the bottom, so cockroaches can sneak in at night. You have to get rid of them with the provided Kinchor.Or rather, I think it's a bit like the assumption that insects will invade when there is a kinchor installed. The reservation information page didn't even say that Kinchor was installed.Due to the structure of the door, it would not be strange for cockroaches or even centipedes to get in.Also, Kinchor didn't have much effect. Rather, you should put Gokijet.Since it's a townhouse, you have to navigate through narrow alleys, which can feel dangerous at night.Number-type auto-locks provide high security, but is the front door painted? It's a little dangerous that you can't see what's going on outside. Not recommended for women...

There is a coin parking within a 1 minute walk (photo). The huge horigotatsu in the eating and drinking space with floor heating was wonderful and it was a relaxing space. There is an alley in a residential area right across the front door, so if you make any noise, will it be noisy for the residents? ? Although there are some concerns, the building is reasonably soundproofed and should be fine, so don't worry about that and enjoy it.

This is my second time staying at Rakuten STAY, following on from Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, and this one has a stylish setting that feels like a designer house. There is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and sink on the first floor of the two-story building, and two bedrooms on the second floor. There are a total of 4 double size beds. There are toilets on both the 1st and 2nd floors. The living room has a fairly large sofa, so the whole family can relax comfortably. There is a Balmuda toaster and kettle in the kitchen, so if you love Balmuda, you won't be disappointed. The bathroom is small, but stylish, and the bathtub is big enough for one adult and two children, so it's not a problem. The larger bedroom has a study-like space, and you can use strong 5G Wi-Fi, so you can get your work done.I think 18,000 yen per night is quite a bargain, as it's comfortable enough for a family of five.
