I was surprised that there was no one at the front desk and the only way to check in was through telephone guidance. The bed sheets didn't look clean, and when I turned on the TV, the screen was purple, making me wonder if such a thing existed. This is a hotel that I absolutely cannot recommend! ️

Bad service, no refunds, I will never go again.There was a spider the size of my palm, which I had never seen before, in my room, so I asked for something to be done about it, but they just told me via email to take care of it myself with insecticide. I was so scared that I couldn't stay in that room, so I hurriedly booked another hotel and moved...Tears.I wish they would have taken measures such as getting rid of the spiders or changing the room. . .

There are hotels like this, but they were cheap and could accommodate a large number of people, but the rooms had a strong smell and there were small 🪳 and 🕷️. If you don't clean, I would like you to keep a vacuum cleaner and Febreze on hand.

I booked through Airbnb. The place is self check in and check out with automated key lockers. There are no front desk staff on site.There are a variety of rooms ranging from 1 bed to 4 beds.Overall, the common space and rooms are clean.There are around 9 parking spots on site and it's free. Always hard to find free parking in Japan .There is a laundry room with 3 machines with free detergent for guests.

Avoid this hotel if you need to sleep before midnight. There is no actual person manning the front desk at all. The walls are thin and you can hear both rooms on either side of you talking. The rooms beside me were loud and very audible past 3am and nothing was done. They seem to put unrelated guests in nearby rooms even though the entire hotel is generally empty and there are plenty of rooms that don't share a wall.

The walls are not thick, it smells of cigarettes from people who are not allowed to smoke indoors, apart from these problems the room is very good in terms of electrical equipment there is enough space and it is sumptuous

There are 4 large beds in the room. All four family members slept comfortably. The entire hotel was spacious, bright and had a very comfortable atmosphere.
