We rented E-bikes here to explore the place and outside the tour buses to explore nature and Mt. Fuji to see. I really recommend everyone who likes a bit of adventure to travel by bike! The roads are suitable for it and there are so many beautiful temples, lakes and the like to discover while avoiding the crowds. The staff at Kameya were very welcoming and helpful and I would rent there again :)

I rented bicycles here. The owners were super nice, the prices are good. 4000 yen for a whole day. One of our bicycles broke down. Then they came to pick us up and brought us a new bicycle. We didn't have to pay anything for this!

It was an inn I never wanted to go to again. There was a musty smell at the front desk, and the room was also filled with a unique smell. If you get into trouble with the landlady, who is often nagging, it seems like she will immediately bring in a lawyer. It was a scary inn that I didn't want to go to anymore.

I have never complained about the hotel, but it was so bad that I would like to write about it.During my stay, a plump woman took care of me, but she was always careful and nagging me, which I really hated.First, I was asked to return the towels in the room, but I returned them without being asked. I was told not to put the carry cart in the tatami room, but there was no way I could put it there from the beginning. Even though I didn't do anything, I was told in a harsh way not to scratch the table. I don't think this is a misunderstanding or anything, but I've never seen such rude customer service. If he thinks of something he doesn't want done in advance, he'll tell you all the details right away. Even though I hadn't done anything, it seemed like I was being judged as a breach of etiquette, and there was no politeness in the way I spoke. For dinner, I was told, ``I think I told you in advance, but due to the convenience of other guests, please eat and leave in an hour.'' I wasn't told this in advance, so I was surprised and ate it in a hurry. I don't think an hour is unreasonable for dinner at a ryokan. There were other rooms, and there didn't seem to be many customers, so I wanted to eat slowly.Although it is called a Mt. Fuji observation bath, the window glass is cloudy with water droplets and there is no open-air bath. They said they could pick me up at the station, but the day before I was told that they could only pick up 10 or more people. I think it would be a good idea not to tell them in advance that you can only pay by cash.By the time I got home, I was really sick of it.I'm not looking for a high level. I wanted him to behave normally. With that kind of customer service, I will definitely never go there again.
