It was wallet-friendly, the people at the front desk were polite, and although it was small, it was well-cleaned. The location was easy to find as it was a straight road from the station.

The bathroom smells like the water system is broken. The room is small and I wonder if there's another one.

First of all, at check-in, even though I had not made a reservation under that plan, unlike the Eco Plan, there was no cleaning, and I was asked to not have cleaning even once for my 3-night reservation. I reluctantly agreed, but when I checked the bath mat, I was told that there was no need to replace it, so I asked for a replacement as it was unsanitary. Even though I said I understood, when I returned from going out the next day, only a bath towel and a face towel were hanging on the doorknob. At other hotels, when asked for eco-cleaning, they would provide some kind of service, such as a drink service, but they did not do that, and they were unable to keep what they had requested or promised. The hotel sucks. Also, when I came back from going out on the third night, there were customers who check in every day, so even though I was waiting, I went through the check-in procedure without looking at them. In my experience, at other hotels, they would ask you when you are leaving and immediately give you your room key while you check in, but here they don't do that at all and just ignore you. Another staff member came out from the side, but as he passed by me, I couldn't help but ask him if he could get the key. Also, when I came back on the second night, I received a coffee ticket for the next morning, but even though it said it was for overnight guests, I couldn't get it at check-in on the first day, and on the last day. I couldn't even get my share. I don't necessarily want to drink it, but having a system that doesn't exist or isn't unified will only make customers feel weird and uncomfortable, making it difficult for them to complain.I couldn't sleep very well, as I felt like this hotel was just trying to be good as long as they didn't have to worry about the customers who had to put up with something.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk along the elevated railway from the east exit of Neyagawa-shi Station on the Keihan Railway. The room is a little small, but it's fine if you just want to sleep. The hotel has a large public bath where you can relieve your fatigue. The room had double windows because it was near a railway viaduct.

The photo shows the back of the air purifier. There was a lot of dust on the air conditioner, and I don't understand why this happens in older accommodations.I still want it to be beautiful.

I used it at the end of July.It was great to have a large public bath, but the temperature of the open-air bath was too high so I couldn't enter it, and the cleaning person unlocked the door even though I hadn't checked out. I couldn't get inside because the door was locked, but it was very scary.I don't know why, but he thought I had checked out.
