I saw the worst reviews, so I wanted to see something scary, and I was drawn to the luxury of having 5 baths (3 indoor baths, 2 open-air baths), and the location right in front of Penny Lane Nasu, so I rented the whole house without pets. I thoroughly enjoyed the villa. It was probably a stylish pension when it was first built, but it has fallen into disrepair due to various circumstances such as the coronavirus, which is understandable, but I think there are many things that could be improved. However, I came prepared with cleaning supplies and insect repellent, and was surprised to find that it was cleaner than I expected, probably because the wallpaper had been replaced! Some of my family members have allergies, so I was prepared to quickly clean up the dust and pet odors, but I was so worried.I think the owner has checked the reviews and made various improvements, and I can only thank him. Thanks to you, we enjoyed the meat at the BBQ, had a great time at karaoke in the dining space after Penny Lane closed (there were no private houses nearby), and had a relaxing breakfast on the balcony the next morning while watching the hustle and bustle after Penny Lane opened. Also, the hot springs that you can bathe in anytime were great. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Used during Golden Week before the coronavirus outbreak. I thought I was lucky to be able to make a reservation at the last minute, but as expected, it was in ruins. It's filthy and smells like mold, and the bed is so itchy that I can't sleep. A private bath is like a punishment game. I seriously considered going home in the middle of the night. This is a pension where you wouldn't want to stay in a place like this even if you paid for it instead of paying for it. Everyone, please be careful.

I think the cleanliness is too poor for an accommodation facility. Especially the water area should be kept more clean. I think it's fine if you just want to stay at a cheap price, but I regret that I should have stayed at a business hotel instead. It looks dusty all over, and I don't think it has been wiped clean. Rather than being dirty, it doesn't look clean because it's old, and I can't see any effort being made to make up for it.The dog run is full of dead leaves and I wonder if they don't clean it, it's rather small. It may not be possible for large dogs.Penny Lane, which is famous for its bread, is right in front of it, and the road gets busy.

It was in ruins.I will never use it again. Please make sure to check all the cooking utensils when making your reservation, so please bring only the seasonings. Despite what I was told, the frying pan was actually full of mildew, and the kitchen walls were also full of mold. All four corners of the room are covered in dust. The inside of the building is dark and smells very bad. The floor is also very dirty. The curtains in the bedroom were off and the clock was out of battery. The bathroom is also full of mold. It takes courage to wear slippers with bare feet. I regret staying there.

Really dirty. It is a tattered ruin. The kitchen floor is rotting and falling apart. For ceiling beams and ceiling fansIt collects dust and when you use it, dust falls. The smell was so bad that it stained all my belongings, making it difficult to wash them when I got home. The shampoo in the bathroom was also full of mold.can not use. I couldn't bring myself to take a bath there so I had no choice but to go to a nearby hot spring facility. It has a dog run, but it's small and...that's not a dog run.It is better not to use agility as it may hurt your dog if you use it if it is worn out.I regret that I should have read the reviews carefully before deciding on a place to stay, so I am writing this post.

It was a fairly old pension, but we rented the whole building so we could let our dogs roam freely, the kitchen was commercial grade, the dishes were cleanable in the dishwasher, and we were free to use the kerosene heating. There are three indoor baths, one of which is a rock bath style hot spring, but the chlorine is a little strong. There were two hot springs outside the room (an open-air one and a jacuzzi type), but it was below freezing, so I didn't use them. However, there was a problem with the air conditioner, and when I turned on the heating, a swarm of black, moldy black skeins fell onto the bed sheets. . . . It looks like it hasn't been cleaned regularly. There is a bakery called Penny Lane right next to the pension, so it was nice to be able to buy bread and eat it every morning.
