The owner and staff were incredibly kind. Thank you for the delicious おにぎり and for all your help. I will definitely visit again with my family. The walls were a bit thin, so you could sometimes hear voices from other rooms. The location is great for relaxing, but if you plan to visit many places, I recommend renting a car, as the public bus schedule is limited.

There aren't many dog-friendly accommodations in northern Hokkaido, so I didn't have high expectations.First, when I checked in, I was told that dogs could always use the entrance near the room, and that they could bring their dogs to the dining room as well. The room was a barrier-free twin room on the first floor, spacious and had a great view of the Sea of Okhotsk.Although it has a bath and toilet, the indoor bath in the rock was so comfortable that I used it three times.I was told that I could still use the Goemon bath outside, so my husband was happy to take a bath. They also lent me swimsuits and towels for that occasion. The meals are home-made and locally sourced and very satisfying. What is noteworthy is this environment right in front of the Sea of Okhotsk, where there is nothing special! We could see Rishiri Fuji and saw a wonderful sunset view. Both the Ororon Kaido and the Soya Hills were wonderful, and next time I would like to use them as a base for several nights sightseeing.

Stayed for one night with dinner included. It's located in front of the ocean along the national highway from Wakkanai city to Cape Soya, so the ocean view from the room is outstanding. The food was luxurious and delicious, with taco shabu, sea urchin, and crab.

The scenery is very beautiful and romantic. When I lived here, the waves 🌊 were lapping at the beach and I felt like I was with them. It's a pity that the weather was not very good that night. At night, next to the hotel lobby, there was a carefully handwritten note by the owner about the history of Wakkanai and Sakhalin Island. Although I don’t speak Japanese, judging from the Chinese characters on it, I felt that the Soya area also had an ancient history. The lobby was empty that night. Because there are no other homes nearby, there is no light pollution. In addition to the decoration of the hotel lobby, it is quite pleasant to look at the history of the Wakkanai-Sakhalin area in the lobby. Fortunately, the weather gradually improved the next morning, and we could clearly see Cape Nohambu and Cape Soya from the room👍.The lady boss is very nice. Although she doesn't speak English, she can use a translator to communicate. If I have the opportunity to come to Cape Soya again in the future, I will stay here again😌.

The room is on the small side, and the hair dryer is only available in the large bath. The large bath is limited to 2 people each for men or women. Others are fine. If you are willing to have the sound of waves and sea breeze blowing into the room all night long, you can definitely leave the window open. You can't get to the coastline. About 10 meters. The fur bath is pretty good. The service is also friendly, extra fees will be charged for children staying, and parking is convenient. The dessert and coffee in the photo were prepared by me
