Holidays during the Obon period in July / Stay on the following weekdayThe facilities are a bit reminiscent of my hometown, but the food is great.Everything is elaborately seasoned and filling, and the drinks are delicious too.It was soothing to see a family of raccoon dogs in the garden during dinner. The owners were the same age and we had a great time talking about audio and music. The room and bath face the river, so you can enjoy the view and enjoy nature.Since we were the only guests staying that day, we were able to use the bath as a private family bath 24 hours a day, which was a nice touch. They let me leave my car after checking out, which was useful for walking around the area.

Room: Two-person room with two beds. The view from the window was covered with a roof, so you couldn't see much of the view, but you could hear the pleasant sound of the river. A room that feels like a place where you can relax and relax.vinegar. If you're lucky, you might even be able to see the raccoon dogs eating from the window.Service: Dinner consisted of 8 Japanese dishes (may change depending on the season) and dessert. Every dish was prepared with care and tasted elegant and elegant. My favorites were the soba gaki, chicken wing hotpot, salt-grilled sweetfish, and yamame sashimi. The grape juice (charged) was also delicious. As is typical of Yamanashi, most of the products are locally produced.Breakfast was salad, side dishes, 5 kinds of condiments, and dashi chazuke. Also, yogurt with blackberry jam. I thought it might not be enough, but I didn't feel that way at all and ate my fill. You can also get refills.Location: This hotel was limited to 5 groups on weekdays, but on the day there were only 2 groups including us, so I guess they canceled due to the typhoon. So, this time I reserved the bath for myself. The bathroom had a large window and a beautiful large green tree sparkling, making it a gorgeous scenery for a borrowed landscape. The temperature of the bath is appropriate, not too hot or lukewarm. After arriving, after eating, and early in the morning, I took three baths.Although it was only for one day, I was able to spend a relaxing time. I was nervous about whether I would be able to go because the typhoon was approaching, but it was quite a trip in the rain (lol)

This is an inn where you can feel the owner's commitment to everything from the design of the food plates to the speakers, lamps, circulators, and cars parked in the parking lot. Although the facilities at the inn are old, they are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. I was especially impressed that there was not a single mold in the bathroom. The large zelkova tree that can be seen from the windows of the room and bath is very impressive. When I stare at it absentmindedly, I sometimes see birds come to rest on the branches of the zelkova tree. The cuisine at the inn is mainly Japanese, and although the ingredients used are simple, they have a deep understanding of what makes soup stock and delicious flavor, and each and every dish is delicious. You can tour Shosenkyo on foot from the inn.

When I made the reservation, I honestly mentioned that I was allergic to soba, but I immediately received a phone call and was refused accommodation. The way he refused was merciless and unpleasant. He sounded like someone with a soba allergy was evil. Even if you say no, there may be a better way to say it.

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night.Room: Cleanliness was perfect, and I was able to enjoy the dynamic view of Shosenkyo Gorge. When I opened the window, I was surrounded by the sound of the stream, and when I closed it, I was able to spend a quiet time. There is also a unit bath in the room.Food: The food was made with great care, each item was handmade and carefully prepared, and it was very delicious. Dinner was solid, and breakfast was light, which was just right (refills are available). The dishes were not served on the table all at once, but were served one by one in a course format, and the temperature of the plates was controlled.Bath: Separate large public baths for men and women can be used 24 hours a day. The men's bathhouse had four washing areas. Amenities are in the room, so bring your own, and the hair dryer is only in the room. The water was warm, so it felt good to take a long bath. You could see the Shosenkyo Valley from the public bath.Location: The location within Shosenkyo is very luxurious. They are not arrogant about their location, and their service is also very satisfying. It was an inn that I would like to return to depending on the season. At night, the Shosenkyo promenade is pitch black and you can't walk without a flashlight, so I think it's best to spend some time relaxing at an inn. The next day, you can enjoy Shosenkyo from the morning when there are almost no tourists.
