First of all, I don't want to give even one star.When making a reservation through Booking, I mistakenly clicked on "Complete Reservation" and immediately called the inn, but they told me, ``It's not showing up, so please try calling Booking.'' So I called Booking. I was informed of the cancellation. However, they didn't check my email and I ended up paying a cancellation fee of 3 days. I am very sorry for this operational error, but they did not check my email and this facility does not have a contract with Booking. That's what I was told. So why did you get a reservation? That's what it feels like. We spoke on the phone, but the response was really bad. Especially the woman over 60 was really rude. He didn't even want to listen to what I had to say and asked "Huh?" twice. Isn't that rude? When I told them that, I was surprised that they kept making excuses like they were carrying luggage.And to my surprise, I was told that I had to be patient as it was up to me to decide whether there would be a cancellation fee or not. I was trying to calmly talk to them and they were getting excited, but it was my mistake so I can't help it, but I'm very disappointed in the way they responded. If you are thinking of making a reservation, I would definitely recommend going somewhere with the same price and better service.

I was aware that it was a semi-unmanned inn. However, I didn't receive the unlock code in advance, so I don't know how to unlock the room. I called and had them come. It didn't come with a toothbrush or towel, so I brought my own, but I didn't know they didn't have cups either. There was a thin futon laid out in the room, but the only other equipment was a TV. I have pain in my hip joint, and when I went to bed on the futon or when I woke up, there was nothing in the room to support me, so I felt a lot of pain. I had no choice but to choose this hotel because there are no business hotel-type accommodations in this area, but it was impossible for me.

The pillows were so bad that I couldn't sleep well.The pillow was high, hard, and shaped like a donut, which put a lot of strain on the back of my neck.We recommend that guests bring their own pillows.

The hostel is always unoccupied, and the toilets and showers are shared by men and women. There was a bath, but I wasn't allowed to use it. There were no amenities, no slippers or gowns, and I was always barefoot in the room and in the hallways. Furthermore, I could clearly hear the couple who had entered the room next door talking and snoring. It was the worst of my life. There are old photos online, but both the kitchen and the common room were used as storage spaces. This is nothing short of a scam. Now, 12,200 yen for two people without meals is too expensive. I think the service is much better at a motel.

Self-run accommodation with no manager. Even if it's your first time, it's a type. It's not an inconvenience, but I think it's suitable for people who are used to traveling.

It's so free that it makes me laugh! Stay overnight without meals!No one is there except my family...I had as much fun at night as I did on a school trip!
