I visited for the first time in about 30 years for a day trip bath. The inside has been completely renovated. The bathtubs change daily for men and women. You can also use the bath in the accommodation building, but depending on the day, only men and women can use it, so those who want to use it must check in advance. Because it's deep in the mountains, it wasn't too crowded even on holidays, so I was able to enjoy the hot springs at my leisure.Return visit in fall 2024I visited for the first time as an overnight stay. The room was clean and convenient. The indoor bath that gushes out from your feet had a nice atmosphere and hot water, but perhaps because it was getting cold, a vinyl sheet had been installed on the side where you could see the scenery, which was disappointing. The food is typical of hot spring inns. It was the perfect accommodation to enjoy a bath.

It's tough on the way, but ¥10,600 for one night with two meals and hot springs is a great deal. This is a hot spring inn with a hidden hot spring feel. As mentioned in other reviews, the meal was about 70% full, so it would be better to buy something downstairs. There is no docomo signal at all.

Hokkaido touringThere is a large paved parking lot below the inn. I rode my bike up close to the inn! Should I avoid riding large bikes on steep slopes?I thought the hot spring was great, but it was so warm! My body stayed warm forever, and the beer after the bath was delicious. There are mixed reviews about the food! The hotpot was so delicious that I even had the soup.Apparently there is an open-air bath at the back of the nearby campground, but this time we arrived late and it was raining, so we gave up. disappointingA hot spring recommended by my husband - it feels like a secret hot spring and it's great.

It was a wonderful hot spring! The rice is also quite delicious. Wi-Fi is Starlink. I was able to use the speed with no problems at all. Since there are no shops, the correct answer is to buy it at a convenience store in Shikaoi Town before heading out. The convenience store takes about 40 minutes by car. The temperature of the hot springs varied depending on the size of the bathtub. The hot spring in the accommodation building had the most comfortable temperature. The changing time started at 7:30 pm, so I was only able to get in a little. There were a lot of hot springs floating in the water, and I was able to enjoy the water flowing directly from the source.

I used a day trip hot spring for the first time in 25 years. It has been renovated into a beautiful building and the feeling of being a secluded place has disappeared, but I think it's up to each person to feel that way, but maybe it was just a coincidence that this day happened, and 6 of the 9 showers didn't come out, and the remaining 3 didn't have hot water. The situation was very disappointing, with an empty bathtub and a hose placed sloppily in the bathroom. When we arrived, several people who had just finished their baths were coming down the hill, and I could understand why they all looked dissatisfied, although normally they would look refreshed after a bath.I don't feel nervous. It will collapse. The outdoor bath at the campsite had much better quality water and felt more comfortable. Also, the entire structure of the bath, including the changing room, is a bit strange and untidy, and despite the cost, it was poorly constructed with a single piece of wood that ruined the view, and I felt like they tried to make it half-heartedly elaborate and failed. There may be a problem with the management. Who designed it?Overall it was disappointing. It tasted better when it had that rustic feel of the past.

2024.09I visited again for a day trip to the hot springs. It was crowded as it was a Sunday, but we were able to relax in the hot springs that never cooled down.Located deep in the mountains in a remote area, the road leading to the inn is narrow and full of anticipation. The bathhouse, which is separate from the inn, has 10 different types of hot spring water, which alternates between men and women every day at 8 p.m.The inn has an open-air bath with water flowing out from under your feet, and you can also use the private open-air bath for an additional fee.Although mobile phones are out of range, there is an internet connection and Wi-Fi is available. Also, the food was very delicious and satisfying.
