We were lucky to get a room there last minute in August 2024 for 7 nights. We LOVED the large space, king size bed, extra ‘office’ room to store 4 luggages, access to washer, full kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils and large bunk beds that fit my 2 very tall teenage kids. A few minor comments for improvement: 1) they should provide 4-5 hooks to hang towels outside the shower room and a rack to dry clothes as they don’t all fit on the shower rod. 2) it would be helpful to put a curtain on the lower bunk bed for privacy as it is quite close to the king bed. 3) they should fix the elevator door as it has slammed on us hard a few times if the 4 of us don’t get in the elevator quick enough, 4) they should provide instructions on how to get supplies if we don’t want our rooms cleaned but need toilet paper, garbage bags or laundry detergent. 5) they allow chromecasting of YouTube to the room TV but we experienced another guest in another hotel room casting their YouTube screen to our tv at least 3 times during our stay which maybe an issue if they show things that are private. They should rename the TV to appropriate names so they don’t get cast to the wrong room. 6) There is rarely anyone at reception but if you wait a bit someone usually does come by or you can call them and they do respond quickly. The workers have been great and accommodated our earlier check in on the first day and kept my luggage while we went out and also allowed us to leave the luggage there for a few hours after we checked out. 7) location was alright - around 10 min walk to various stations. I can’t say it’s super convenient but it was fine especially since it’s walking distance to Akihabara shopping areas. Overall a great stay and will stay there again.

Check-in time: 2023/11Advantages: Very good accommodation environment, the room is very spacious, there is space for luggage, and the kitchen tableware is all available. What is more interesting is that there are a variety of cups available, and the service staff at the counter are also very kind and polite. There is capsule coffee on the building that you can get for free, and there is a supermarket & supermarket nearby within a 5-minute walk. The daily life function is very convenient, because there is only one room on the first floor, and the room is very quiet.Disadvantages: If you are coming with large luggage, it is recommended to take a taxi or use a luggage delivery service. If you are coming from Suehiro Town, it will be quite tiring for girls to carry luggage (such as a 26-inch suitcase), not to mention the congestion on the return trip. When the luggage is full (if you are strong and strong, you can ignore this section)Also, people sleeping in the lower bunk bed should be careful not to bump into the upper bunk bed, which is very hard (please be careful if you have children staying there)Another thing I would like to apologize to the service staff is that my friend who was traveling with me mistakenly thought that the cleaning staff had discarded the clothes and strings, so I troubled the service staff to help find them. Just check out today, was here from 4/21 to 4/26. Absolutely one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in my life. The room is clean and comfortable(huge space), the service is intimate and thoughtful. Moreover, they have everything you need in the room, washing machine in each room make our vacation so easy and they also have a microwave in the room so that we are able to heating our breakfast in the morning. I wish I could give 10 stars, thanks ENT TERRACE AKIHIBARA for providing such a great service and definitely gonna stay here again next time.
