I stayed at Tokiwa, a villa that I had always wanted to stay at. As soon as I arrived, I was taken to my room and given only the necessary explanations, so I was able to relax right away. The room is spacious and you can see the green garden from the large window, giving it a feeling of openness. The sofa is long enough for two people to sit on it.The leather chair has a wheel that makes it easy to move.Although it was a separate residence, it had everything I needed and didn't have any inconveniences. The bathroom was spacious with both a washing area and a bathtub, and the window could be opened. There was a sauna, but we didn't use it. There is a feeling of use overall, but the cleaning was thorough and there was no discomfort at all.The bedroom was spacious and the sheets had no wrinkles. The futon can be moved quite far apart. The mossy garden was wonderful.

My family and I used it around May.The room was clean and spacious so I could relax. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was luxurious and delicious. The surrounding area is a villa area, so it's very quiet. However, dinner time is early at 6pm, and since it is a villa area, there are no shops near the inn. There is also a rice ball service for a late-night snack, but it might be better to buy something in advance and bring it with you. There are simple vending machines in the facility, but they are limited in stock and variety. When I tried to buy four bottles of tea, the staff grumbled and said, ``Aren't you buying too much?''There are two bathhouses with open-air baths on the left and right, which must be reserved for 45 minutes, and the inn will decide which one to use. It feels like a family bath with two showers. Is it a Japanese cypress bath? I thought to myself, but that's only on the surface, and the inside of the bathtub is concrete? was. The open-air bath was narrow and had a high wall that made it feel oppressive and didn't really feel open. The trees are quite thick, so don't expect to be able to take a bath while looking up at the starry sky. I used the bathhouse on the right in the morning, but there were relatively few trees here, so I recommend the bathhouse on the right if you're going in at night.)Heating at the front? I remember that it was really hot because I was wearing something.Overall, the food and rooms were good. Other than that, it feels like hmmm.

I thought this inn was worth coming to stay just for the kind and attentive staff. There are many accommodations in Nasu, but this feels like a hidden gem.

I stayed with my husband for one night without meals! The room had an open-air bath and an indoor bath, so I was able to spend a relaxing time. Also, the customer service and response from the staff was very polite and nice. The only thing I noticed was that the bathtub was too hot, so I thought it would be better if I could fill it with water...!

This is a story from before...My mother, who was supposed to go with me to the place I had booked, suddenly got hospitalized and had to cancel.I apologized over the phone and transferred the cancellation fee, and then sent an email asking for confirmation, but I didn't hear back from them after that. I don't know if you confirmed the transfer or if the amount was correct.I'm sorry for the sudden cancellation, but I wanted you to say that I had confirmed the transfer.I don't think I'll rebook and go again.
