Almost died from exhaustion carrying 5 xl suitcase up to the 3rd floor after a super long day, had trouble with getting the key from the mailbox to enter the building tooSuch a small room but still have table and chair with backrest, i think it would be better for it to be foldable table and chair to increase efficiencyWifi is slowRecommended for BACKPACKERS onlyOverall room was clean and tidy

We spent in Tokyo around a week, where we found nestay inn the perfect place for our accommodation, close to the train station, supermarkets and situated as well in a really tokiota neighborhood.The attention what they provided us when we had problems with the keys and when we forgot some important medicines was incredible.If I come back to Tokyo I would stay in Nestay Inn without hesitation.

I used it twice.The first time I stayed, I was able to stay comfortably in a room on the first floor. This time, I had a room on the third floor, and there was no elevator, so the stairs were quite narrow, so it was difficult to carry my luggage.The bed was particularly dusty, probably because the room wasn't used much, and I was allergic to dust mites.The washing machine was quite smelly.The location is convenient, with a super subway station and the Kagurazaka shopping district nearby.

Far from the station and some walkways include steps and no footpath. No lift in the building so we had to carry our luggages up to the third floor through a very narrow and steep stair case. The room was supposed to be for 4 people but only one key provided. Two double futon beds were provided and no extra bedding and no sofa. If you are taller then 5,5 then you will not be able to sit on the toilet with the door closed. It closes right on your knees. There is washer bot no dryer. Kitchen is there but no meals area or eating area unless you want to eat on balcony sitting on concrete. Bathroom was good, under the futon there was no tatami, just the fake Chinese mat.
