A magical place with quality service and delicious cuisine, a little far from Osaka but the station is not too far, bring mosquito repellent spray if you want to walk around the area.

Recommended for adults who want to enjoy a retro feel. You'll feel the nostalgia of Showa mystery-solving movies! The cafe room is stylish! The food was also rich and delicious. I arranged a bouquet of flowers as a gift for the Umbrella Life celebration. It was a great day with a congratulations from the landlady ^_^

Ok ryokan experience. The onsen just seems like bath water instead of natural water and it's incredibly expensive for what you get. The rooms are loud and you can hear everything going on around you. Will not be going back

Just unreal experience. Quiet place to rest, contemplate, and rejuvenate. The kaiseki was incredible- as a vegetarian, it will likely be the best food I have during my entire trip here in Japan. They put so much effort into addressing dietary restrictions. My friend who is not vegetarian got the regular (non-vegetarian) kaiseki and also agreed it was the best food she’d had in Japan thus far. Also I genuinely felt treated like family by the staff. Note that it is not near the city (though very easy to get to by train) so, the setting welcomes and supports many small animals and insects, so the surrounding areas will have lots of that!
