Very well kept ryokan hotel, the room was exactly what we wanted. We were on the second floor but very easy staircase. Didn't eat here but did use the onsen. I'd stay here again at this price.

This is about a ~20 minute bus ride from the Hakodate station, but I loved the aesthetic and service at this ryokan. They take your shoes and luggage at the front so it feels very intimate, and the prepared breakfast and dinner were also excellent. However, I was disappointed that they tried to charge us for early check-in when we were checking out...because we didn't check in early. Thankfully it didn't require an argument but it was very unnecessary...why do that to your customers?

Manager Morimura, I'm sure you understand the meaning behind such an evaluation! The way he spoke and treated customers was just like this.If you are dissatisfied with this kind of evaluation, please feel free to come here! I'll explain it to you in great detail in my native language.

I was looking for a hot spring inn where I could eat in my room and decided on Ichinomatsu. It was a nice stay.My family was satisfied. The inside of the building is old but clean, and the waitresses are also nice.As soon as I was taken to my room, the waitress made me some tea. Ochazuke is a yokan made by hand at the inn.The blue tatami mats laid out in the hallway have a pleasant smell. There was a picture of a carp and a pine tree on the edge. The bathtub is made of wood, and the edges of the open-air bath are also made of worn wood.Carp in the pond visible between the pine treetops in the courtyard. The sound of insects is soothing at night. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. This room rate included Kinki's fried chicken and hairy crab.I made the right choice by choosing a small inn instead of a large hotel.

I chose this place because breakfast and dinner are served in the room. It's an old, traditional inn, but it was clean and there were no inconveniences. There is one indoor bath and one outdoor bath.Lately, most of the information has been written in Chinese and Hangul, but I liked that the information inside this inn was in Japanese. There aren't many foreigners, so it's quiet and safe. It's a shame that the morning bath was only available until 8:30, but even with that in mind, it's a good inn.I want it to continue to be protected like this.
