It was my second visit. The first time I went there, the atmosphere, food, and baths were so nice and relaxing that I came back again. Perfect for a trip to reward yourself. I would like to go again!

I planned my trip to coincide with the fireworks festival.I was very happy to be able to see such a beautiful view right in front of my eyes from the hotel rooftop! The staff was very responsive and I was very satisfied from the time I checked in, but after that the food was delicious and the bath was very comfortable!

There is a sauna but no cold bathIt's a design mistakeWhat does a water bucket mean?I think you should study a little more about how to use a sauna before designing one.

It was my first time staying here. Although it is a little far from Atami Station, I was satisfied with everything, including the shuttle to Kinomiya Station, welcome drink, clean room, delicious French cuisine, and credit card payment. I thought it would be good for girls' nights out or young couples.

This is one of the many companies that seem to be reusing company resort facilities and converting them into hotels. Other than Atami, I have experience staying in Beppu. The shuttle service is not at Atami Station, but at Kinomiya Station, which is one stop away on the Ito Line, once every 30 minutes.Advance reservations are required, and the number of passengers is limited as it is an Alphard type car. Since I made my reservation last minute, the time I wanted was already full. It's located quite up the mountain, and local buses don't pass nearby, so you have no choice but to take a taxi for anything other than transportation. When I tried to inquire about transportation by phone, the phone number was on the navigation dial. I'm not calling it a toll-free number, but I would like it to be a normal number at least. (Because your cell phone plan is free for a short period of time, you won't have to pay for calls unless you use the navigation dial.)After checking in, free alcohol and snacks are provided in the lobby. You can use the rooftop observation terrace for free. The scenery was nice, but the wind was strong and it was a bit cold. The room did not have a room key, so you had to enter the PIN given to you at check-in.The room was clean and well-maintained. There is a main building and a new building, and the new building is on the sea side, so unfortunately the sea view is not good. If you want a panoramic view, you can choose the new building with a sea view, which will add a little more to your room fee when you make your reservation.Dinner was said to be French, but since it was a last-minute reservation, I didn't have high expectations, but I had a salad, chicken main, bread, soup, and dessert, and the taste was average. I didn't have enough bread, so I had to refill the bread several times and was satisfied. After dinner, I took a short break and then went to the hot springs.Relax in the clean and spacious public bath. There is a sauna, but for some reason there is no cold water bath. There is a small pot-shaped bathtub, but we were told that it is not allowed to enter with just water. There is a bedrock bath in the women's bathroom. After taking a bath, I was able to use the free massage chair to relieve my fatigue.Sparkling wine is available in the lobby for a limited time. I thought it would be nice if they offered not only wine but also snacks such as cheese and nuts.As a general review, I can't say it was very luxurious as I stayed on a cheap plan that included meals, but overall I felt a little dissatisfied in various places and was disappointed.

A great hotel located quite uphill from the station. At first glance, the entrance looks like a corporate retreat, but once you step inside, it's divided into a new building and a main building, making it quite large. The rice was very delicious. You can enjoy massage chairs, table tennis, and billiards at the hotel. There is a vending machine on the main building side, so you can purchase beer, chuhai, etc.The sauna is only available at night and cannot be used the next morning. There was no cold water bath, so I took a shower to cool myself down.I arrived early by taxi before the hotel check-in time of 3pm, but they let me in.The customer service was very kind and polite, which was very nice.

Since I arrived at Atami Station at night, I took a taxi from the station. The route goes up a mountain road, so if you don't have a car, I think it's best to take a taxi instead of walking at night. When you arrive at the hotel, check-in is self-check-in using a machine, but there will be staff nearby, so if you get confused, they can help you. After you finish operating the check-in machine, the staff will give you a brief explanation about using the hotel. The room key is digital, but for some reason it won't open. It was a hassle to have to take an elevator from my room to the front desk, but when I told the staff that I couldn't open the door even after pressing the number, they provided me with a key for the door, and I was glad that the troubleshooting process was smooth. The room was spacious and nice, but it was kind of smelly. I don't know if it's the smell from the tatami mats or the bed linen, but there was a disinfectant spray available, so if you're concerned you can spray it all over the room. There were two bottles of water in the refrigerator. The toilet is made by TOTO and the lid opens and closes automatically. The sink is right next to it, making it convenient to wash your hands. The large public bath seems to have a bedrock bath on the women's side and a sauna on the men's side. Samue for bedrock bathing is supposed to have tops and bottoms, but at this time I didn't have pants, so when I called the front desk to confirm, they told me to wrap myself in a towel and use the bedrock bath. Like other customers, I ended up spreading out my pile of Samue and looking for pants, so it would be a good idea to put a sign up saying that you can use towels if you don't have enough Samue. I think so.The shower head in the large bath was refurbished, and the powder room was equipped with lotion, emulsion, and even a face steamer. Dryers include Refa, Nanocare, and Repronizer, and even cheap shampoos will make your hair silky smooth. There's also cold black bean tea in the fridge, and I'm happy with the kind service.I'm not familiar with the quality of hot springs, but I can't tell the difference between them and the hot water in a home bath. The bathtub is quite spacious so you can soak in it comfortably.Breakfast was Western food instead of a buffet. It's good because it's voluminous, but the sausage and margarine may leave a negative impression on health-conscious people. The pudding was described as smooth on the menu, but it was hard. The taste is very delicious. The chicken saute was not juicy and had a texture like processed meat.Meals and return transportation must be reserved on your smartphone. While I was drinking coffee while waiting for my return ride, the staff offered me hojicha.Overall, the staff are kind, courteous, and have a good impression. Overall, the cost performance was good, so I thought I would return.

I used it for 2 nights from 9/11 to 9/13.I really liked that you could check in and check out using your smartphone.(Depending on the reservation site, the web page for making bus pick-up and meal time reservations is slow, which can be a bit inconvenient.)The food was also delicious. The room was also clean. There are individual differences among the staff, but most of them were very attentive and responded with a smile. However, the water in the toilet in the room was probably too strong, and even after I closed the toilet seat and flushed, the water kept coming out, so I had to wipe the floor several times.I couldn't use the toilet at all, so instead of using the toilet in my room, I had to leave the room and use the shared toilet outside.I think it would be a good hotel if there were no problems with the toilet in the room.

The Shinkansen was shut down due to the typhoon, so I hurriedly stayed the night before. It was OK to check in by 10pm, and the price was about 10,000 yen per person, including breakfast, so I made a reservation on the same day. After making an online reservation, I received an email asking for advance check-in, so I completed it on my smartphone while I was on the move. Arrived at Atami Station around 9:30pm. A taxi from Atami Station costs about 1,600 yen. I went pretty far up the mountain. There is a guide in front of the automatic check-in terminal. It felt good even though it was late. The room has a bed on tatami mats. It's clean and has a refreshing feel, with nothing unnecessary but everything you need. The bath feels nice too.Breakfast consisted of Shizuoka vegetable salad, chicken, bread, and Wasanbon pudding, all of which were delicious, and even the children who dislike vegetables ate them.I gave it 4 stars because I didn't have dinner this time, but I'm sure it will be delicious!Although it was hazy because the weather was bad, you can see the sea of Atami from your room. If it's sunny, I think it's a nice view.
