I used it for a day trip bath.Opened in 1997.It was a city-run facility until 2022, but it was transferred to a private company free of charge due to the cost of repairing the facility due to its age.The supply of hot spring water had stopped due to a tank failure, and water remained available until mid-November.The price was reduced accordingly. If it's sunny, the view of the Seto Inland Sea from the open air is spectacular. It seems that popular plays are performed about once a week.

I used the facility in September 2020. This is the first time the owner has changed. The outside was the same as before, and the hot springs were really good before, so I had high hopes for them this time, but they were the same as before, or worse than before. There is less overflow of hot water and some dirt is floating. It's a bit far so I don't think I need to go there anymore. The restaurant inside is just as good as before. Since it is built in a good location, the view from the open-air bath is not as it is now. It's obscured by trees, so I wish they would level the ground.

It was a great trip.First, when we entered the cottage, we were greeted with the scent of cypress and an air-conditioned room courtesy of the staff. The location is a little far from the city, so the scent of cypress and the warmth of the staff really healed the fatigue from all the travel.I was also very grateful that the staff came to explain the barbecue stove in detail. (Later, I had to come back again because I couldn't get the fire to work properly, but they treated me very kindly.)I was very grateful that we had all the dishes, frying pans, basic seasonings, lighters, etc. The supermarket is located a little far away, so you may need to drive to get there, but the supermarket is open until late, so you can enjoy your barbecue in plenty of time.Unfortunately, due to the time constraints between the public bath and fireworks, I was unable to go to the public bath. Therefore, we recommend that you plan your time allocation accordingly. (Fireworks are sold at the front desk, and buckets of water are provided at the fireworks venue, so no preparation is necessary. Also, couples staying here may feel a little uncomfortable if there are a large number of guests.)Since we were staying with a large number of people, we rented three cottages, and the first one was a one-story atrium with a very high ceiling, and the room was flooded with light even in the evening, and the terrace was very large. Even when we had a barbecue with a group of people, it didn't feel that small. However, the remaining two buildings are two-story buildings, and the living rooms are smaller than the cottages in the foreground, giving the impression that there is not as much light coming in. That said, you can be sure that you can see very nice views from anywhere, so you can't go wrong with the views.I would also like to stay at this cottage with my friends. Thank you for letting us spend a very happy time with you.If you are going to Kagawa with a large group of friends, we definitely recommend this cottage.

The Sunset Beer Garden at this hot spring used to cost about 3,000 yen for all-you-can-eat barbecue and all-you-can-drink drinks. The meat was good, the skirt steak was thick and juicy, and the yakiniku sauce was rich and delicious.Due to the effects of soaring prices, prices have gradually increased to the 4,000 yen range in 2022, but even with the price hike, you still get a nice view of the ocean, there are no time restrictions, and the price is still affordable. Yes, I used it every year. (There was a time in the past when we had a free karaoke stage!)In 2023, the price was further increased to 5,000 yen, and a time limit was also put in place, but I decided to apply again in the same year and enjoy the meal with friends and family, thinking that if the quality of the food and drink was the same, it would be worth it to raise the price to 5,000 yen. I came to the store with a group.Based on the ratings up to this point, I would definitely have given 5 stars for both the food and beverage service. However···.As usual, we sat down comfortably and just as we were excited to say, ``Now let's eat and drink!'', the menu and other details about the beer garden were explained to us.I was very surprised, shocked and disappointed to hear what was said.First, I was disillusioned that the barbecue was not an all-you-can-eat option, but rather a small amount of meat (chicken, pork, beef) on a plate. Furthermore, the price of the children's beer garden does not include the cost of the meat they eat, and children get an all-you-can-drink side menu and soft drinks, so if you need more meat for your child or don't have enough meat, it will cost you thousands of yen. I was told that I would have to pay something (I forget the amount) and make an additional purchase. Also, when I went to get some draft beer, I checked the number of types of alcohol available and found that there were only about three types of chu-hi available, which was less than half of the number before, so I was like, ``What the heck is this?'' I was scared. When I looked at the poster carefully, it said that it was all-you-can-drink for 90 minutes, but it didn't say that it was all-you-can-eat, and I was filled with a sense of disappointment.Prices were 1,500 yen for children from 3 years old to elementary school students, 3,000 yen for elementary school students, 4,000 yen for non-alcoholic drinks for junior high school students and older, and 5,000 yen for adults (alcohol included), but with a meager side menu and a soft drink, this child price is not too expensive. mosquito. Even though there's no meat in it.The price for adults is not all-you-can-eat, and the service has deteriorated by reducing the variety of alcohol and imposing time restrictions, so why are the prices going up?I don't understand.I kind of knew that the operating company had changed, but I think it's outrageous that they would lower the service so much and raise the price.Even though I had traveled all the way from Tokushima to visit the store every year, and even though I often used the baths as if I were a regular, I felt a strong sense of betrayal and deception, and I was filled with uncontrollable anger and extremely angry. is standing.I have recommended this place to my friends, who have told me, ``If you come to this beer garden, you won't be able to go to any other beer garden.'' Not only is it a great location, but it's also a great value because of the low prices that you can only find in the countryside. When I was asked, "What's going on with this?", I said, "It seems like the service has changed," and I felt really sorry for my friend, and apologized, saying, "I'm sorry."I have trusted and used Vessel Ochi for many years, so even though the operating company has changed, it is very unfortunate that the service and quality have deteriorated so much.Recently, they seem to be putting a lot of effort into things like glamping, but I would like to see them reconsider their traditional services as well. It's impossible for a beer garden in the countryside to have such expensive settings and poor quality. That's putting the cart before the horse.I saw the poster for this year's Sunset Beer Garden in 2024, but I think it had the same content, so my group will not be participating. The location is good, so I gave it 5 stars, but the service and food got 0 stars, so the overall rating was 1 star.If you'd rather go to a beer garden run by the current company and pay the same amount, you'd be better off taking your family and friends to an all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink option at some air-conditioned yakiniku restaurant. .
