I was really moved by the smiles and kindness of the host and landlady. I would like to thank you for your consideration from the time I contacted you prior to my stay.As other people have reviewed, the facilities of the accommodation are more than adequate.I have stayed at many inns near ski resorts, but I have never seen one with such hospitality.It was such a wonderful inn that 5 points out of 5 was not enough.

23,000 yen with a 2-day lift ticket included with the Prince Hotel accommodation package was a bargain.The food was delicious, especially the rice.The staff were all smiling and made me feel comfortable.The washbasin in the shared bathroom seems to have been renovated and is comfortable to use.The drying room can be accessed from both the outside and inside, so I thought it was very well thought out.The one disappointing thing is that you can't get a lift ticket on the spot on the first morning.Once you have to take the free but extremely slow lift to the center lodge, the start time is an hour late.

I used it when I went to Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort for an overnight stay.Although it was a small facility, I was impressed by how good the staff's customer service was.In terms of location, it is a 1-2 minute walk from Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort's No. 1 Romance Lift.The drying room is also spacious and clean, so this is a recommended inn for skiing and snowboarding.As for the food, all the dishes are delicious.Personally, I'm satisfied because the volume is large.There were shops around the inn where you could buy alcohol and sweets.(It's about 300m from the inn.)The parking lot is next to the inn.There is a large parking lot, so even large cars can park safely.Water was flowing in the parking lot, and snow removal was being done well.However, the road was a little narrow for about 100m in front of the inn.Snow removal was done well, but I felt it was a bit difficult to see cars passing each other.All the facilities including the room and bathroom were clean.The atmosphere is good, so I would like to stay there again.

I am from Thailand to play snowboard I stayed here for several days and the aunt and uncle provided very good service. There was so much food that we couldn't finish it, especially dinner. The bathroom was clean and the shower area was wide. The heater warms well. If there is a chance to come back again.

The food was so delicious that I ate too much. It is convenient to put it directly into the drying room.Some rooms are very clean. The bathroom and toilet had also been beautifully renovated. It was a very enjoyable vacation. thank you very much. -1 star because there was hair in the white rice and tea.

We visited this place for snowboarding. Really nice place for short or long stay especially for large number of peoples. Dishes amount and types were varied on every meals. Although no personal shower room available, the small onsen was nice and refreshing. Be sure to bring your own towel, toothbrush etc. only shower foam and shampoo are provided. if you come earlier than the check in time, there’s a comfortable waiting area provided.

I come to Suginohara every two or three years, but this is the inn I've always wanted to stay at. I was finally able to stay here the other day after several years.In conclusion, it was a wonderful inn with a high balance of location, food, cleanliness, and service. I think you will be very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the food.
