I used it for skiing. When I asked in the morning after my stay where I should leave my luggage after checking out, I was told to put it in the locker at the information desk at Akakura Onsen Ski Resort. I've been on tour dozens of times, but this was the first time I was told not to come back after checking out. I will never use it again.

I stayed at GW. The staff made me feel at home and warm, and they told me about the local attractions, which left me with good memories.I also enjoyed the cloudy hot springs.

I visited for the first time in 43 years 🎵 My family tried to treat me with kindness and I had a very pleasant time 🎵 The food was delicious and the hot spring was nice (although it was a bit hot 😅) I would definitely like to visit again 😁

I used it on a ski trip. The drying room is not heated, so the boards and shoes will not dry. You can't dry it unless you take it into your room.It was a reservation over the phone. I made a reservation without dinner and with breakfast, but I was told that I hadn't requested breakfast, so I didn't have it. I thought it was strange because my cell phone was automatically recorded, so I checked later, but as expected, I had made a reservation with breakfast included. I'm sorry. The bathroom is not clean. There was a puddle of water where I opened the door from the changing room, and it was cold when I entered and exited. Actually, it's disgusting. The water pressure in the shower is weak except on the far right side. The building is old. I think it's kept clean considering it's old.The staff are nice people.

The service is friendly and there is a large bathhouse, which is more like a B&B-level facility. Because I booked the room through the ski resort, it is very cheap and cost-effective. It is about a 5-minute walk from Akakura Hot Spring Street. You can eat dinner on the street. It is close to Akakura Hot Spring Ski Resort. close
