The range at the entrance is dirty and I don't understand the standards for not cleaning it.I don't know if the person in charge changes every day, but there is a huge difference between those who are too lazy to just hang up towels and those who clean properly😑It's called a hotel when there's no hotel staff on duty...I would like you to add ⁇ at the end of hotel.Recommended for people who are interested in the hotel industry and just want a cheap accommodation!

There may be no soundproofing measures, but you can clearly hear people walking up the stairs and talking. You can also hear the showers in other rooms being used. The staff will be available from 7am to 9am and 3pm to 10pm, but other than that, they will be available by phone...all communication will be from Nagoya.When I was finally about to go to bed at around 2:30am, several male and female guests came back after drinking around 3am, but I don't know why, but they were talking loudly and coming up the stairs making a lot of noise. One of them, I believe, was screaming loudly and banging on the wall in the room, making a lot of noise until about 6am. Thanks to that, I checked out and headed to work, even though it was early and I didn't get any sleep. I contacted the customer regarding the complaint, but they simply apologized for not being able to fully understand the customer. To avoid such troubles, shouldn't there be staff on site at all times?The hotel was arranged by a client I worked with, so I resigned myself to it, but personally, I will never use it again.Also, the room had been renovated and was clean, but the unit bath seemed to be the same and the toilet seat was broken. During our 2-day stay, we had put a sign on the door requesting cleaning, but it seemed like we had forgotten about it, so it was left as it was.

I've been using it occasionally since I was in Omori, but the towels are still terrible.Also, I used it this time because it had been renovated, and although it was a bit disappointing that the unit bath was still the same, the air conditioner was new and in good condition.However, if it costs 5,000 yen per night, I would choose another hotel.

It's one street down from the main street, but it's easy to find. Parking is limited, but it was easy to park as it was right in front of the hotel. There is also a coin laundry next door, so you can use it if you need it. There aren't many places to eat nearby, but there are supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-minute drive, so I have no complaints.The room itself was clean and very good. The price is reasonable and I am very satisfied. I would like to recommend it to others.

I've been using it since before the renovation, but I think the quality of the rooms and service has improved significantly after the renovation!If you have a regular car, the parking lot is free and the location is convenient!I will use it again when I go to Ube!
