The staff were very kind and provided warm hospitality. I am very satisfied with the food, the room, and the bathroom. This is an inn that I would definitely like to visit again.The dinner menu for small children included not only hamburgers, fried shrimp, fried chicken, omelets, chawan mushi, miso soup, and seasoned rice, but also Nagato beef steak. It was a wonderful inn that was kind to children.

This inn is an annex to the Yamamura Annex in Yumoto Onsen. There are only 9 rooms in total, so you can stay calm. All rooms have indoor hot spring baths, which is very attractive. The food is also very delicious 😋It's hard to understand the parking lot if it's your first time💦It's located below the Yamamura Annex.By the way, check-out will be done at the Yamamura Annex next door.

It was very slow.Thank you very much for your courteous response, even though the staff was understaffed.The bath was comfortable and the food was delicious.I had a little trouble finding the parking lot.I wanted to go again.

The location is nice and quiet. The kaiseki dinner was elegant and very delicious. The bath in the room was a hot spring♨ which was very nice. It was called Shiefusu and was not good considering it was limited to 9 rooms. After all, it's the room, bath, and food. The response from the employees was also good.

It was a place where I could reset my tired body and mind like a hideout! The food is delicious (too bad I couldn't finish it)After dinner, we went for a walk, and I felt like I had digested all the food I had eaten, so I didn't feel guilty. I'm grateful to my husband for bringing me here.

July 11th with my mother and auntYumoto Onsen♨️Yamamura Annex Shefuzuheヽ(´▽｀)/Hmm━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━💦In a nutshell, how about it for how expensive it is (~ω~)?There is also a bathroom in the room...Goemon bath pot...😱It's too tall, so it's not suitable for elderly people...There is also a bath that is only open to people who stay at Shepusu.The bathtub is deep! I mean, there are no steps (where to sit in the bathtub) 💦It's impossible for old people!Apparently you can also use the large bath in the Yamamura annex, but there are stairs...So it's impossible for the elderly!The food and the waitress were great ♥But there's no next time (lol)

I was told that the bath in the room had free-flowing water, but it felt like a bath in a normal house. I guess it depends on the room. I guess the hot water is good. The person who was shown to the room didn't speak or act like a customer service person. There were few electrical outlets in the room, the cleaning was not thorough, and there was a lot of dust. Dinner was very delicious. Mr. Nakai, who brought the food to us, was friendly and very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, but many of the snacks were pickled with wasabi and dressed with mustard, which made me a little concerned as someone who is concerned about their blood pressure.

The food had a little strong seasoning, but it was delicious.I was very satisfied with the hot spring that came with the room, which was ``flowing directly''.Speaking of dissatisfaction, at Otani Sanso you would be directed to a covered parking lot, but here it was gravel. Does the employee (perhaps a part-time worker?) wear a kimono sloppily or clean every corner of the room?

I'm really glad I came 😊I was able to relax and forget about time in a quiet place. The bath in the room was deeper and wider than it looked in the photo, and I was very satisfied.There was no trash can in the room, so I would give it a 4, but I wasn't sure if I should give it a 5.The lady at the souvenir corner was also very kind.By the way, I promised to come again ♥️

For a long-established hotel, I'm disappointed in the employees!Even when I called them, they didn't arrive at the scheduled arrival time.I went to return the key to the main building in the morning, but they said hello, but nothing happened. It was a very disappointing hotel.

When you look at the mountain village on your left, there is a road that goes down between the next traffic light and you can reach it by going down there, but it was difficult to find. It was difficult to understand and I was in a state of confusion, so I called to inquire, but the response I received was disgusting. I checked in with low expectations, but unlike the person who answered the phone, the service was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious.Check-in will be at Shefuzu and check-out will be at Yamamura. The front desk service at check-out was also good. The only thing I regret is the telephone support for inquiries about lost children, but I would like to use them again.

I went there after work, so I checked in late at night, but the bed was soft and comfortable, the bath was spacious and comfortable, and the hot springs made my skin feel smooth.Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. (Sorry I forgot my smartphone and couldn't take a photo)The lady at the front desk was also very nice and I was very satisfied.However, the stairs are quite impressive.It may be difficult for people who have anxiety about their legs and back.
