On the last day of my mental and physical detox journey, I was taken care of by Shukubo Enki-san.On the first day, we experienced a waterfall hike, and after praying for safety, we moved around a little by car and on foot. It was my first time to experience a waterfall, but I felt cleansed both physically and mentally, and my heart was filled with good thoughts and emptiness.The next day, I had an experience called meditation.Since I was traveling alone, I had the valuable experience of having dinner and breakfast with the chief priest (^^).It is said that each meal is lovingly prepared in the lodging kitchen by local mothers using seasonal vegetables (*^^*).The photo was taken with the chief priest at that time.After the experience was over, I was filled with gratitude for what I do every day, and gratitude for the ancestors who kept me alive and the ancestors who introduced me to Buddhism.It also became clear what I should do.It was a very luxurious time (experience).thank you very much. prayer of gratitude

I had a training experience for 1 night and 2 days.It was an exciting trip for me as I was alone, but there were a variety of multiple-choice experiences, and I was thoroughly involved, so it turned out to be a very fulfilling two days.The rooms at the lodging were very clean and well-equipped, and I was able to spend a relaxing time there.The vegetarian cuisine was also elaborate and very delicious.The waterfall trip, which was the main event for me this time, was a great experience that cannot be expressed in words, and it was a good opportunity for me to face myself.I'll visit you again! thank you very much!
