This is a high-class resort hotel that was built in 2018 in the city of Shimonoseki. All rooms have a semi-open-air bath. From the ocean view rooms, you can see the Kanmon Strait and Kanmon Bridge. The full course French cuisine and Japanese breakfast are the height of luxury. Unfortunately, at night, there were swarms of stink bugs clinging to the window of the guest room and semi-open-air bath😱*I celebrated my birthday in Yamaguchi Prefecture for the first time in 37 years. It was very emotional.

I visited with my almost 2-year-old child, father, and mother.I felt this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.◾️Location◾️I decided to stay at this hotel because it is near the Kaikyokan and Railway Museum.I checked in at the front desk, but I was seated on a sofa and was taken care of slowly. There is also a library next to the front desk, and I was told that I could take out picture books and take them to my room. The child was overjoyed.◾️Room◾️The ocean can be seen from the bathroom in every room.It was a bad day, but I could see many big ships.Amenities such as shampoo, treatment, and lotion were also provided. The room not only has a bed, but also a tatami corner where you can enjoy a relaxing view of the ocean.I was very grateful to be able to receive not only water but also tea, coffee, and black tea for free. The tea sweets that were placed in the room were very delicious and I was able to purchase them at the shop. (Of course I bought it and went home)When I informed them that I had a child, they provided a diaper holder in the restroom in advance. We were also able to borrow toys for children.◾️Meal◾️Since I had a child, I was given a private room.Thank you for your consideration. The children's meals were also very filling and delicious.Personally, I really liked the puffer fish sashimi.I was really grateful for the thoughtfulness of all the staff, who smiled and talked to me when my child was fussy, and lent me toys.I have also talked with my father and mother about staying here whenever we travel to Shimonoseki.thank you very much.
