Stayed for 2 nights with seaview and private pool. Room was amazing nice and clean. Azura restaurant in the hotel was the negative experience. Extremely slow service even with empty restaurant. Forgetting orders but very fast when ypu wish to pay. Fix your restaurant staff and this place will be 5 star.

The service was not professional, when I checked out room 802, the customer service said, wait, ma'am, we'll check the room... I waited in the small lobby, while waiting, someone came to check out and the customer said please, ma'am, you can get in. stay, and I complained why do I have to wait for them straight away, they answered we already checked, they said before, logically, I checked out first,... right" not professional

Great hospitality, food in the bistro is great, we had all 3 meals here during our stay. The ocean villa is great for family and kept our 2.5yo entertained with the pool and sea at the doorstep. On con would be the toilet drains smelling pungent.

Our family had a great stay in this villa. Peaceful place, great sea view and comfortable bed. We came here to celebrate my little girl 4th birthday and they help us to decorate the room. It's around an hour drive from the ferry terminal but its all worth it.Thankful for their friendly staffs too,(forgot their names haha) helping us for a smooth check in. Breakfast and their BBQ dinner was a good spread. We spent time in the pool and sea every single day. Not forgetting their automatic toilet bowl! Haha Plus point! Overall, well recommended!

I booked directly on this hotel. They are able to reply on my querries. I reserved the Junior Suite, with the sea view. I have tols them , that I wanted to celebrate my special day, on one of our rooms.It was a one hour drive from the terminal. They suggested a driver who will pick us up on the terminal, which has different payment ( around SGD 45 )When we arrived at the reception, they told us to wait for 15 mins. Becaue they are still preparing the room ( but it is going to be 2 pm at that time )So after that, when they wanted to send us on our rooms, we ride via buggy. It was hust a short ride, like not more that a min. Actually we can do it by walking to our room.The moment we enter to our room, first the AC was not on ( with the thought that they already prepared our room ). There is a starnge smell, n the room and the toilet. Like a musty smell, maybe because they are near the sea.We just wanted our stay to be a memorable one, but there are some things that I hink that needs improvement.1. The channels on the TV are limited. We asked their engineering to sort out why no cable channels appearing on their TV.2. The water coming out to their faucet got a taste of a not filtered water. The style of the faucet, when you are washing hands will make yoour dress wet.3. The toilet bowl seat has some stain that cannot be removed, even we have wiped it many times,Yes it is auto one, but have not maintained the sanitation.4. The shower area is spacious, maybe can just give attention to the drainage system. The water after shoring became stagnant for qite some time, and sometimes experience water flooding on the whole floor.5. The service, is average. You will wait for30- 1 hour before they will attend on your needs. And you need to call them for follow-up. I think they are short staff, because when we had our breakfast buffet the staf attending the reception, also do other things, like collecting the plates when finished eating, and I think doing a dishwashing too.Hope they will take actions on this matter

The most comfortable seaside villa I have ever visited and stayed in with very good service, basically it doesn't disappoint, there is a private swimming pool and you can swim in the sea too which is of course safeΒ β¦

Had a memorable stay at the Aqua Villa! Having been to Maldives, the room layout was exactly like Maldives with spacious toilet that comes with the coolest bidet, a private plunge pool with nice room temperature water, bed were super comfortable, a lounge area, a spacious rooftop which we hired a private chef to do BBQ there and more!The staffs were all pleasant and very ready to make your stay a comfortable one! Intan who did our check in and out was knowledgeable and cause we had some arrangements and request, everything was managed smoothly! What I even like was it was so easy to communicate for special requests prior to check in through the resortβs WhatsApp number!Indeed One of A Kind!

This is one of the resort you should really try visiting it, as I pre planned for a proposal there. It was very easy to contact them and their reply was very prompt and understand what I want and need. Everything is done thru whatsapp and they remembered what I requested for and did an extra mile to source flowers for me. Best of all they did arrangement for me to have a romantic dinner on our first night inside the chapel with a very helpful and friendly server that serve us personally. It really makes us feel like an VIPs in the resort.All the staff there is very friendly and greeted us whenever they see us and their initiative is what impress me the most and they done it with their hearts. We had brought fireworks to light at the nearby beach, when the security saw us, without a word, he ran to us to guide us to the beach (that donβt belongs to them) with a touch light and kept us protected throughout the session as it was very dark there. Making sure that we are safe while enjoying the fireworks. Even when itβs a short distance to the breakfast area, they even offer to buggy us over to ensure we enjoyed the whole experience.We would like to say a big thank you to everyone working in the resort as I had an wonderful proposal experience and a successful one.We would definitely visit there again and keep up the good work!

Came here because I saw a good advertisement that was child and family friendly. Good service, friendly staff, outdoor design and facilities are also good. But what I don't like is the design of the room, which I think is suitable for family events, in fact the 1st and 2nd floors are separated by an outside staircase... I even wonder why the toilet on the 1st floor doesn't have a door from the inside. And the most uncomfortable thing is the sound of frogs/toads at night which really disturbs you when you sleep at night

This resort is a certain 5 stars!The view itself was amazing from the Executive Ocean View Suite. The bed is huge and cosy, room coupled with black out curtains and warm lights. The bathroom is huge and bathub is clean and size fits just nice for 2 pax. The toliet exceed expectations with auto flush, auto opening/closing of lid, best comes with seat warmer :)The balcony is huge enough for stargazing and taking photos of the beautiful seaview. The seaview facing poolside is great for catching the sunrise, looking at the tide changes. The private pool is just the right size for 2 pax, we enjoyed the floating breakfast in it while admiring the view. It is outdoor so naturally will have bugs overnight as they are attracted to the reflection. The staff are more than willing to assist to clean up the best they could and we appreciate it so much :)The services here are excellent! Each time you cross the street, the security guard will be there to help ensure roads are clear for your safety. Buggy service to fetch you if it is raining or you have heavy bags or upon any request! They are proficient in WA replies which is definitely a plus point! The staff have helped to arranged a candelight dinner in the chapel for our special day for the 1st night and also a bbq dinner on the 2nd night with chef helping to cook for us too. They are prompt to help us arrange massage, island visiting, transport and even guide us to show us where to put fireworks we bought.We are grateful for this simple and beautiful getaway in Bintan and the warm hospitality here by the team! For sure, we will be heading back ;)
