It looks like it's aimed at people working at Kioxia's semiconductor factory, which is currently under construction in Kitakami City. It looks like a studio apartment, but it's a solid structure, so I couldn't hear any noise from the next room.There is a 7-Eleven within walking distance, and a 24-hour Super Trial store about 3 minutes by car.Air conditioner, TV, and mini kitchen are all efficiently arranged. There is a refrigerator in the room, so you can bring ice cream or beer with you.The location is on the outskirts of Kitakami City, and there are no entertainment districts nearby, so there are no drunken people talking loudly, and it is very quiet.

Is the room roughly the size of a container? , and instead of having a regular key, you will be asked to tell us the password for the door to your room.Single beds have a microwave, so if you are staying for a long time or want to eat in your room, a single bed is probably better.There is also a convenience store within a few minutes walk.I think that having an air conditioner, bathroom, toilet, refrigerator, and Wi-Fi in the room is sufficient for a business hotel.I have no particular complaints about the facilities.It doesn't really matter since it's midsummer, but each room has its own air conditioner, so if you use all-in-one air conditioning, you might have trouble with the change of seasons, but I think it's okay here.Basically, this is a hotel for long-term guests, so there is no lobby or anything like that, so you can go straight to your room.The problem was that shoes were not allowed in the hallways, so I had to change into slippers when going from the stairs to the hallway, and I had to carry my outdoor shoes in my hand to get to my room.Even if the door is closed, the light in the hallway still comes in through the gap below, and is it the temporary housing for the contractors standing next door? Prefab? I was bothered by the fact that it was extremely bright.
