This is a cheap business hotel by Japan standards but to be honest is not worth the price. The problem is that the hotel has smoking rooms and non smoking rooms. This means that many of the rooms that are non smoking may already have smokers in the past. When I booked a non smoking room it had a strong smoke smell and when I asked the staff they simply handed me a deodoriser. through my booking app I managed to raise the complaint to change rooms. This was fine through complaint through a booking app.For international travellers be aware of this if you are considering this as an alternative cheap option to a normal hotel.

There are restaurants nearby, and a bar district is just a short walk away. There is also a convenience store nearby.

A renovated hotel with a Showa feelStayed on the 6th floorThe room key is a key, not a card🔑Insert the key, turn it, and turn the knob to open it.It's difficult if you have luggage (lol)My first thought was that I could hear all the voices in the hallway. The gap between the door and the floor is wide (you can fit the morning newspaper in there 😅)Next, the unit bath is small.A new air conditioner has been installed (it works well), but the ceiling is low so the wind hits you directly. The good thing is that it's affordable.Restaurants and convenience stores are also nearby.

A cheap business hotel. It's convenient because there is a udon restaurant next to it. The room is normal. The wallpaper was deteriorating. The unit bath was small and the ceiling was low, so I was a woman and it was difficult, so I wondered if it would be difficult for men. ! ? For those who are price conscious.

I used it several times on business trips to Kokura. At first, the price was reasonable, but the price has gradually increased. It's not that bad, but I will continue to use it in the future.

I lost 700,000 won worth of money while staying here. However, my response was quite poor and I just laughed heartily. I hung up on them because they said there were no security cameras installed. There was no attempt to help, and although they were friendly, they made no effort or response. If you see this, please tell me who cleaned the smoking room on the 5th floor and about the cameras. This was the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in during my many trips to Japan. Do not go. It's not worth even one star.
