A perfect place to rest when you're tired before climbing to the top.I appreciate the 100 yen coffee. In front of the hut, there is a gush of cold water, perfect for cooling down your flushed face.

I brought three firewood with me from the Umagaeshi trailhead. It was quite difficult to climb about 5 kg of firewood, so I took many breaks while climbing. After delivering firewood to the mountain hut, we were treated to coffee. The deliciousness permeates your tired body. I descended the mountain feeling pleasantly tired and satisfied.

There are benches for resting in the abundant cold spring water. After all, the toilets are clean.Separate rooms for men and women with air fresheners, flushable (using rainwater)After enduring a tough climb, this resting place felt like an oasis.Next time I'll bring firewood too.

I went there at the beginning of August, and it took less than an hour to get to the top of the mountain, the restrooms were clean, and the spring water was cold and revived me!There were plenty of benches, so we had a snack here before the final push 🍪Since I came back to life, I was able to do my best even going around the bowls.(Detour here on the return trip)Manly and cool Mt. Iwate,I don't usually go mountain climbing because it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but I managed to do it with just my guts⛰

2023.10 It's the 8th station, so it's a good place to take a break. Since it is a shelter, no meals are provided, but except in winter, it costs 1,700 yen per night, and blankets can be rented for a fee. The important thing is that there is plenty of water. There is a toilet.

I visited in October for the second year in a row.I only ate outside and never used the inside, but even though it's a shelter, they sell goods, and the people selling them are very lively and energizing. The toilets are clean and there is plenty of water, so it's a very nice hut.
