The atmosphere of the hotel, the atmosphere of all the employees, and the atmosphere of the Japanese-Western room were all very good. It was a comfortable hotel that was designed to be used by a variety of people, including a playroom for those with children and a space to relax while reading a book or looking at the scenery. Dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, so I was able to eat a little at a leisurely pace, and the bath was so clean that I took a bath three times. I would definitely use it again.

In order to participate in the bicycle hill climb held on August 25th, I stayed at this hotel near the start and finish line. The staff, the room, the bathroom, the food, everything was wonderful. All the staff always greeted us with a smile, and not a single one of them made us feel uncomfortable. Thank you for your help. thank you very much.

I stayed here after the Obon festival in August to relax around Lake Nojiri.The exterior looks a little dated, but the interior is very clean.The inside of the room was clean and relaxing.The room I stayed in did not have a shower, so I used the shower room and the hot spring separately. The hot springs also have chairs for children, so there were many people with children.There was a cafe in the hotel lobby that was open several days a week for business trips.(I think it was the same cafe in the visitor center across the road from the hotel)The parking lot is very large.Even when I was driving from Kurohime, Shinanomachi, I was able to get there without getting lost.I also asked them to arrange a birthday cake for me, and they were able to provide a surprise for me, and the cake was very delicious.This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

I entered a very spacious and clean Japanese-Western room.The kids room is also clean and the slide at the entrance is fun! There was an extra large stuffed tiger and it was very cute.There is a nice gym in the back room of the kids room, and you can use it for free just by applying at the front desk. There is also a table tennis table. I don't know if everyone noticed, but I was able to use it for private use for a long time.

Due to some circumstances, I stayed for 2 nights in a different room.The first night was in a modern Japanese room that my parents had taken for me.This room had 3 low beds lined up and 2 washroom spaces, making it a nice room to relax in.We had breakfast and dinner, and although the number of items was small, we had everything we liked and were quite satisfied.Speaking of greed, it would have been nice to have cold tea (oolong tea or hojicha) in the drink corner of the restaurant.For the second night, I was able to stay in a suite at a very reasonable price! It's a two-room adjoining room, each of which can be separated by a sliding door, and has two TVs and two sinks. I was able to sleep in a separate room from the kids, and that alone was satisfying.There is a bath inside the room, so you can take a relaxing bath without having to go to the large public bath, which is very satisfying ✨Since I didn't include any meals, I had the food I bought in my room and was able to relax in my room until I checked out.It's a three-story building, so you can't expect great views from the windows, but it's a good value for money, and the hotel staff is courteous, so it's an inn I'd recommend to others.

I used it at a day trip hot spring.I like hot water anyway.It leaves your skin silky smooth and soft.If you stay in the jacuzzi for a long time, you can almost smell the smell of sulfide...it's an almost neutral hot spring.Hot springs with strong sulfides are good, but gentle hot water like this is also good.

I was able to stay in a very nice suite for a cheap price (13,000 yen for 3 people). Even though it was so nice and cheap, there were only two guests including us (maybe there was one more?) and the large bath was reserved for private use. Since it was a suite room, there was also a bath in the room. The normal rooms didn't have showers in the rooms, but instead there seemed to be shower rooms on each floor. The third floor had a nice library and a cheap washer/dryer. The large public bath still retains some traces of the Campo era. Personally, I thought the Japanese modern room was easier to use. There were several staff members. The nearby newt pond is very scenic. Togakushi Shrine can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

I went on a vacation with my family. They waited for us on the porch and gave us a pleasant welcome and response. The inside of the hotel and the rooms were clean and beautiful, and I felt like I was in a resort. Dinner and breakfast are both buffets, but I wonder if they prepare them according to the number of people? It was an amount that could be inferred. For dinner, the steak was grilled right in front of me, so it was delicious. I was surprised at how fresh the fish was considering it was in the mountains.However, since the indoor clothes provided are thick and it was hot even in June, I think it would be better to bring your own nightwear.I would like to stay for a while next time and fully enjoy the resort feeling.

My close friends and I had a relaxing day at a hot spring and had a nice chat ✨ From 10:00 to 16:00, you can take a bath in a private room and hot spring for 3,000 yen per person ✨ For lunch, we ordered a boxed lunch for 2,500 yen ✨ Western-style It was a luxurious and delicious lunch box ✨ It was a beautiful and spacious Western-style room ✨ You can take a bath in the hot spring from 1pm. It's a large and beautiful bath. I would be happy if I could take a bath a little earlier✨

I took advantage of the Myoko discount that started on May 7, 2024 and used it on weekends.I made a reservation on May 9th, and it was a phone reservation, but it went smoothly.I checked in around 3pm on the day, and the staff met me at the door and offered to carry my luggage.The front desk staff also responded with a smile. I was a little nervous about the Myoko Discount procedure, but the explanation was concise and easy to understand. They confirmed the hotel's dining hours, bathing hours, etc.The elevator had some vibrations and was a bit scary.The room was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable.There is no bus in the private roomWiFi is available throughout the buildingThe food was buffet style and delicious, with plenty of meat (especially steak) and vegetables, so I was completely satisfied.The beer was Kirin Lager, which was personally the best.Many of the sweets were well received by the women.The hot springs are normal, with lukewarm water, semi-open-air baths, and kettle baths, so you can relax.Towels and bath towels are provided, so you can use them as many times as you want.Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are providedIt was easy to use because the shower switch was a lever and not a push-and-stop type.There is no saunaI didn't have the time to use it, but there is a coffee shop and library bar.Perhaps because of the time of year, it was very quiet and I was able to relax and rest.Breakfast, like dinner, was buffet style and had plenty of Japanese food, Western food, and drinks.When I asked the staff about the store where I could buy souvenirs, they kindly told me and later prepared a sightseeing map and gave me directions.I had a late night snack, but I was glad that they had a convenience store style cup available so I could take my coffee to my room.When I checked out, the manager greeted me, came to the exit, and saw me off until my car left.It was a comfortable hotel that made me want to come back again.

It is said to be a former Kanpo inn, so although the structure and exterior look familiar, the interior is completely different.The furniture, including the lobby, is tasteful, and the music playing from the glass speakers and the view of Mt. Myoko are soothing.Although the room I stayed in didn't have a shower, there was a large public bath in the basement and shower rooms on each floor, so it wasn't too much of a problem.The room itself was recently renovated, so it was clean and easy to use, including USB.Surprisingly, the wifi speed is also quite fast.It's a shame that Mt. Myoko can only be seen from the library bar.If you can see it from the restaurant, you can enjoy the view while eating.

This is my impression from traveling with three children.Guest room ☆☆☆☆☆Beautiful and spacious enough.Meal ☆☆☆☆☆Children's meals are very good. Both adults and children are satisfied.Large bath ☆☆☆It's beautifully organized, but it doesn't really feel like a hot spring.Equipment ☆☆☆☆There is a large children's area, which is good for young children.

Thank you for your help with Hokuriku Discount.The outside looks plain, but the inside has been renovated to be very stylish.The cherry blossoms were just about 3 minutes into bloom and the scenery was beautiful.It was convenient, about 2 minutes to Imori Pond.The food was a little too meat-heavy, but there was a lot of variety and it was all delicious.Unfortunately, the vegetables were a little sparse, probably because they were not in season.It was a shame that there weren't many local dishes, even though wild vegetables were in season.In the bath, the Vibra bath had lukewarm water and it was fresh.There were various other bathtubs, but it was a bit disappointing that they all had the same temperature. (warm up a bit)The front desk person was reasonably friendly and nice.Perhaps because it was the off-season, there were no foreign tourists, so it was very quiet.It was a shame that the Naena Falls area was closed due to pre-season, but the hotel itself was generally good.I would like to come again during the ski season.thank you very much.

This is a simple inn with no unnecessary items. The response from the front desk was very good.The room was also surprisingly clean and comfortable.However, the mechanical response of the man on the buffet floor, the head chef who boiled the meat, even though I requested more meat, he did not boil it, and the female employee... When I tried to replenish the soba noodles, I didn't have to refill them with my chin! ! I was very disappointed when I saw the exchange. Scallop sashimi is also not readily replenished, and people who start at 7pm don't even know it exists...We recommend making reservations early for your meal. The buffet was delicious, but there were surprisingly few items both in the evening and in the morning.Also, I know there's nothing you can do about it, but is there a big cedar tree outside your room? Although the season should have already passed, I was suffering from hay fever symptoms.
