The new building is just a newly added building that was repurposed from a used one-room apartment next door.IfIt is necessary to differentiate prices and advertising from the main building.I went there thinking it was a completely normal hotel.I was surprised that the rating went down.Even childrenWhat is this?It's just an apartmentand said that in Osaka dialect.Wellbusiness hotel the next dayI was surprised at how narrow it wasI think they appreciated that the Japanese-style room was spacious enough.However, it is older than the photoThe elevator is also dirtyoldThe lighting around there is also old.Worth the price if you just want to sleep

A convenience store is right in front. The sushi at the fresh fish shop in front of me is delicious. There's also crab. There is also a Yakiniku restaurant nearby and an Izakaya within walking distance. The interior is old. It's dark at night. It may be impossible for the Heisei and Reiwa generations. I added one star because the cost performance is very good. ¥5800

Although I am not staying at the hotel but live nearby, I was hearing a faint noise coming from the machines on the roof of the Royal City Hotel, so I requested that something be done about it, and they fixed it the same day.

Great cost performance! There is one microwave on each floor and a kettle in each room, so personally, this is enough. Parking is free, but please note that if you park even one minute earlier than 3pm, you will be charged a fee!Because I stopped 10 minutes early, I was charged 100 yen.

A hotel that emphasizes cost performance. I was very grateful to all the staff for being so accommodating. Good location.Free parking is also nice. (Although it's small)

I was taking my grandparents to a children's soccer game,I was looking for a place to stay in a hurry and this hotel was the only one available.It was hot this year, and the days were still hot in November. It's hot, but I can't set the air conditioner in my room.It was very hot...I couldn't even open the window...The bed was hard and it was an old style hotel.My family and I talked about how glad we were that there was a room available at short notice and we didn't have to sleep in the car.There was a yakiniku restaurant right in front of me, right next to two convenience stores.I remember it being very delicious.

I stayed here for a children's tournament.The facility is old, with a cash-only stay plan, but it was quiet, there was a convenience store and a delicious izakaya right next to the hotel, Wi-Fi was available, and the room was very spacious and comfortable for a single.The front desk staff also greeted us with a smile, which was very nice.

Two years ago, I was in a room where there was a hole in the sewer pipe in the bathroom of an apartment building, and when I gargled, the water leaked onto the floor of the bathroom. Even though they should have known from the cleaning work, it was dishonest to not inform the customers at all.It's a relief that there's a convenience store across the street.

This is a business hotel near the station. I stayed in the annex. It seems like the studio apartment is being used as a hotel. It was spacious and easy to use, but I was bothered by the smell of cigarettes. Febreze required

The location is perfect as it's right next to the station, but it's a shame that there aren't any restaurants nearby! Too bad you can't watch BS on the TV in your room! Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room was too cold!

I stayed in the new building.It was a weekly apartment type, and many people were using it for work (civil engineering work sites). The room was reasonably clean.Although it was the middle of Golden Week, I was able to make a reservation the day before. The price was reasonable for a room without meals, so even though there were some issues, there were no problems at all.If I had to say it, there was no mat on the futon, so your body might hurt.

The room door had something rubbery stuck in it to prevent it from slamming shut, so even though it had an auto-lock system, it wouldn't close properly.There are two interior lights: one at the entrance and the head of the bed, and the other one is an LED on the desk. It was a dark room, and the only electrical outlet was at the desk.It's an old building, but it was cheap.
