The place is very strategic, nearby to batam center port and close to any shopping area. If you traveling to singapore oftenly, you will enjoy stay in this place due to close and comfortable place.

Stayed here for long period. The place is really great, clean, comfy, room is premium compared to other nearby or similar places. Environment is really good. Sometimes I'm back to Singapore/ Jkt and leave my car for a few weeks. Security is good.Owner is really nice lady. And thanks to Adi who is always very helpful and responsive.Definitely will go back again if I back to Batam.

One of the most comfortable and secured homestay I have ever stayed in.The room is spacious, with a comfy bed and a decently-sized wardrobe.The bathroom is decent, having a sitting toilet, a working shower and sink.What I am impressed at is the security measures of this homestay. It has 24/7 CCTV cameras and face ID door lock system.Overall, a comfy and secure place to stay at.
