・I stayed on JTB's solo travel plan. The room was spacious and relaxing, measuring 8 to 10 tatami mats. Although the building and rooms are quite old, they are kept well-maintained. The tatami was also new.・It was nice to have a hot spring. The spring quality is thick and tasteless and odorless. I would have liked it to flow a little more.・There were many kinds of dinner, and the quantity was sufficient, so I was full. The head chef here does a good job. The white wine from Iwate Prefecture was crisp and firm and went well with the food.Breakfast was also delicious. However, there are sometimes long lines at the buffet, making it difficult to go back to pick up the food, so I think this needs to be improved.・Although it is within walking distance of the station, there are few trains on the Tohoku Main Line, so you need to be careful when using it as a sightseeing base. However, compared to the somewhat noisy atmosphere of Ichinoseki, you can feel the calm atmosphere of the ancient capital.Overall, I think you will be able to fully enjoy the good old ryokan.

On Instagram, it says that day trip bathing is open from 10:00 to 18:00, but when I actually went there, it was only open until 15:00.

When I visited Chusonji Temple in the fall, the hospitality of the woman who welcomed me even though she wasn't the proprietress was amazing, and she recommended that it was also very nice in the winter. I also tried repeating it!Chusonji Temple in winter is also wonderful! The sunrise was so beautiful and it was so much fun walking through the crunchy snow.Inn food. Basically it's delicious, but the meat seems to be of very low quality, so I don't recommend it. Well, at this price, it can't be helped that we can't have meat that is expensive based on the cost price. The price of meat is almost proportional to the price. However, if that's the case, wouldn't it be better to just give up on meat and be more satisfied overall? So, when I visited for the second time in winter, I chose a fish-based course with no meat. As a result, I am very satisfied! ! The water is clean, so the rice and miso soup are delicious. As expected! !We will also take care of you when you visit Chusonji Temple ♬

You can enjoy the atmosphere of a hideaway by entering from the back street. I was able to relax in two types of hot springs.
