We used it for an event celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary.I am staying with an early bird plan. Check-in can be done quickly using a smartphone QR code, which is great! Welcome coffee is all-you-can-drink, and in the evening, shochu is also all-you-can-drink until 10pm, so my husband and I were happy to use it. This service was great! The room had an open-air bath and was very nice, and I was surprised that the bath (no washing area) and shower room were separate, which was my first experience. As for the food, dinner was a kaiseki meal with gentle seasonings and was very delicious, and breakfast was delicious as I could taste two types of rice and feel the taste of the rice with my tongue.I think it's a good hotel with a calm overall feel. Most of the staff were young, but I think they were highly rated for their calm and smiling faces. I think this is a hotel that I would consider using again.

Tsuwano has a famous place name, but there are things to seeThere aren't many accommodations, so I made a reservation, but everything was ordered on my smartphone, from beer to additional alcohol, and even less food.It was the worst

Convenient for sightseeing in Tsuwano. Although it was a cheap plan, I was very satisfied with both the hot springs and the food. The hot springs were thick and smooth. The open-air bath is also good. Reserve a Japanese-style room. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Enough space with a sofa.In the lobby, there are various tea packs and coffee, as well as tastings of Genjimaki. Whiskey and shochu are available from 6pm to 10pm. Ice, water, and hot water available. I didn't have soda, so I bought it at a nearby convenience store. The reviews said they had beer, but they don't currently have it. You can take ice to the room where there is an ice bucket. When you dine, you can enjoy a wide variety of beers and alcoholic beverages for a fee.No smoking area. Smoking is completely prohibited, so either rent a portable ashtray and go outside to smoke, or walk 5 minutes to a convenience store. I think it's tough for smokers depending on the season. If you make a reservation through the official website, you can extend your check-out by one hour for free. The reception staff was very responsive and it was an accommodation that I would like to come back to again.

The location is perfect. The hotel has a self-serve corner where you can enjoy bean tea, Genjimaki, and coffee in a relaxing space. Please note that if you miss the first dinner time, the second time will be from 7:45pm. Dinner drinks are ordered by scanning a QR code with a smartphone, so it may be difficult for people who are not used to it, such as the elderly. There is an open-air bath, and the water is thick and moist. The area is not very large, and the washing area is for about 5 people, so it may get crowded depending on the time of day.Check-in and check-out are done using a tablet, so there is no waiting time.

The hotel was booked on short notice, so I stayed there without knowing anything about it.The hotel itself seems to have been newly renovated and is a good modern hotel.Check-in and check-out can be done by machine. As for the hot springs, the indoor baths were really hot (lol) and the smooth feeling I got after getting out of the bath was great. The outdoor bath had a nice view of the mountains in the morning, but the hot water smelled of disinfectant, which was a bit disappointing. It was a plan that included breakfast, but it was delicious because we were able to compare the rice options. There's one thing I wanted to talk about when I checked out, but I couldn't because I was pressed for time...There is a bad smell in the room.I stayed in the main building, but for some reason there was a terrible smell of sewage coming from around the room door. There was an air purifier in the room, so I brought it near the door and used it, but it didn't work...There are other people who have also written about this, so it seems like we are not the only ones.If it weren't for that, I think it would be a really good inn...Please check not only the cleaning staff but also other hotel staff. The rating of this inn, which I was very happy with, has fallen drastically.

We stayed here before the renovation. It was a good stay. I saw it on the local bus and wanted to stay there, so I'm glad I was able to stay there before it was renovated.

It's a pretty good hotel. The hot springs are also good. The dinner is delicious and uses local ingredients. In the morning, there will be a rice tasting competition. Both are delicious.

I think it's very good if you have accommodation and meals for sightseeing. It seems that the restaurant is created using an open kitchen, but those who are absorbed in eating and chatting may not notice it.It seemed like the food was cooked in a way that I've never eaten before. If you like hot springs and go with high expectations, you might be disappointed. (This is my personal opinion)

The location is perfect, right near Tonomachi where the carp is. I think it's close enough to walk from the station. My room was in a new annex, so I had a spacious hot spring bath and a spacious living space. The downside is that the door to the space where the bath and sink are located is glass, so you can see the bath completely from the bed. It's also bad that there is only one key to the room. The bath in the main building is on the 5th floor, and you can enjoy the view from the open-air bath, but it can only accommodate 3 people at most, and the indoor bath is not large and there are only 4 washing areas, and the men's bath is separated from the indoor bath. The passageway between them is a changing room, but it's quite narrow. I feel like it would have been a good idea to keep it in an annex. The parking lot was full when I checked in at 4:00 PM, so I was sent to the contracted parking lot in the back, but I was asked to leave the parking lot around 3:30 in the morning, which felt odd, even though it was before check-out time. The dinner session at 6pm was full, so I was transferred to the 1945 meeting without asking. I thought I checked in early, but everyone seemed to be early. It can't be helped, but the nearby fireworks display starts at 8:00 PM and lasts for 40 minutes, and the Bon Odori Festival in Tonomachi ends at 2130 hours, so we couldn't watch the fireworks, but we decided to hurry up and eat some food because of the Bon Odori festival. If you have an event, please be considerate about meal times. I arrived 10 minutes early to see if I could start as early as possible, but unfortunately they didn't consider me and told me to wait in front of the entrance. What's more, although 730 is available for breakfast, I am strongly urged to start at 845, which is my second time. I always set it to 800 at hotels, but unfortunately I don't have that option. If you use a credit card, you can check out by yourself like you would at a business hotel. I could use PAYPAY at the front desk, so I did so.I understand that it's difficult due to the lack of manpower and rising costs, but I feel very disappointed when their convenience is forced to this extent. It's a shame because the food was delicious and the room was nice, and there were many good things about it, such as having a variety of teas for free and being able to feed the carp.
