So clean and modern. Food is amazing. The rooms are modern and smell very good. The beds are very comfortable and the A/C is so quiet you can’t even hear it. I had the best night sleep of my life. The location is very convenient near the train station.

The service was exceptional! From our first stay on 9/28/24 and then our second stay on 10/3 thru 10/6/24. The rooms were clean and large enough to accommodate my daughter and I.  …

I visited with a friend for Sunday lunch. There is no time limit listed on the reservation site, and there is no explanation when you arrive at the store. It was stated that the buffet table would be cleared at 3pm, so I thought I had unlimited time to enjoy my meal, but after about 2 hours, I was told, ``Your time is up,'' and was kicked out. I was in the middle of eating because I thought I still had time, but I couldn't fully enjoy it.If there is a time limit, I would like it to be clearly stated, and I think it would be good to have an explanation when you visit the store.A fun lunch with friends was ruined.

It's nice, but you have to order your meal when you make your reservation.Cake is no good, so you might want to stop eating it after a meal.

Attending the wedding and reception from out of town. I had heard that it was directly connected to Shinagawa Station, but it was actually not, and there was no guide, so I got a little lost. Although it was a little small overall, the structure of the building was sophisticated, and the service around the reception was reminiscent of Tokyo. However, the food was third-rate and I was really looking forward to it, so I was really disappointed. They serve a solid black steak without any hesitation. They don't even come to pour drinks. Please improve!

As a IHG Diamond Ambassador, I have completed a very satisfying 2-nights stay in this luxury property located in the vicinity of JR Shinagawa Station about two weeks ago. We last stayed in this property more than 10 years back and during this time, we have been enjoying ourselves in other Intercontinental properties during our vacations in Japan. We thought it would be a good time to try out this Shinagawa property again and we had a really wonderful time. The IHG status recognition was top notch during check-in. Staff were professional and friendly. We were given a high-floor premium room that is beautifully furnished and ergonomically designed. The housekeeping standard was excellent and I loved that the hotel had prepared the firm pillows we requested via email prior to our stay.I had access to the executive lounge via the IHG annual lounge pass and we had wanted to try out this new lounge. There was no dedicated executive lounge during our last stay. And what was our verdict of this new lounge? Wow! The lounge design exudes luxury and coupled with the amazing city views from the lounge, we spent our evenings next to the windows chilling out during our stay. The lounge is quiet and provides oasis of peace even during the cocktail hours. The young staff manning the executive lounge were warm and friendly.A highlight was the breakfast buffet in the restaurant. This has to be the top buffet breakfast experience we had the opportunity to try out, even beating the wonderful breakfast buffet experiences we had in the Beppu and Hanoi Intercontinental properties. The quality was really good and we loved the beautifully made pastries being offered by the chefs. French press coffee was available and it was very nice. It was a waste that baked cod fish was only available one day and it was absolutely delicious. Another highlight was the excellent quality of melons on offer at the Fruits section daily.Overall, an amazing stay in this luxury property and we cannot wait to be back in our next vacation.
