In one word, it was a luxurious and elegant space. The parking lot porter was also very nice.

Second time back staying with the hotel so it means the hotel is greatSize of room couldn’t be better and location is right next to metro stationOnly suggestions:Breakfast menu only has three options - so staying beyond three nights means running out of new options. And the menu is the same from four / five months ago so a refresh would have been great.

Although not new, the room was spacious and well-cleaned.However, there were some disappointing aspects, such as the spa being closed and room service not being available until late. I was paying a certain amount of money to stay there, so I felt disappointed about that.

Arrived by car The hotel had a valet parking system, so I left my car at the front desk and the parking fee was 3,000 yen per night. The entrance and front desk are on the same floor right after entering, making check-in very smooth.I received an explanation of the facility, received a card key, and moved to my room. The elevators are also separated by card keys, ensuring total security from each floor to the guest rooms. In the room, the bathroom and bathtub were spacious and very convenient to use. However, as for the view, it's not a good idea to expect a good view as it's all about nondescript business buildings, but I think this location has its advantages. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't find a USB port for charging my phone and that the charger wasn't there even when I opened the drawer. There was a Netflix button on the TV remote, so I tried to watch it, but I couldn't watch it, so I checked with the front desk, and they told me that the front desk needed to unlock it.While I was waiting, I suddenly heard a clicking sound coming from the entrance, so when I opened the door, I couldn't find anything in particular. It's nice that he walked right into my room without asking me, entered my password to operate the TV, and was able to watch Netflix, but I was sitting on the sofa in my underwear. I wonder what it is like to be able to come in without being called out.I used the pool early in the morning, and although the facilities were not inferior to those of other hotels, the service provided by the somewhat elderly man at the reception was a bit intimidating and made me feel uncomfortable. For breakfast, you had to choose from three main bread dishes, and then the rest was served as you had decided. All of the dishes were very good, but there was one thing that was really disappointing. That was a shame. It would have been nice if milk and sugar for coffee were always placed on the table, but even though the food was so great, I wonder what the milk in the portion is like.I would like them to use proper milk and sugar in this part because it is a wonderful hotel.I mentioned some harsh things above, but overall it was a great hotel and I would use it again.thank you

I wonder if this place was originally a hall or something that was renovated? Although there were some points where I felt that way, the room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was also good. There is also a sauna. It would have been great to have a match at Chichibu Palace. The only meal I had was breakfast, but I guess the orange juice was squeezed properly, and it was delicious. But for some reason, the breakfast area has the feeling of a hotel in a local city...For some reason, it doesn't have the feel of Aoyama.
