A clean and nice hotel, the staff will help you to carry luggage, open the gate and you can put your luggage there before check in or after check out. However, the room soundproofing is not so good. Can hear ppl talking or walking on the corridor

The room was clean and tidy.The service attitude is very good.The location is OK, not far from where we want to go.I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. After cleaning the room, I found that the toilet was not cleaned (a little point deducted here) and the TV set was ❄ (this can be improved even though I don’t have the habit of watching TV). The hotel does not provide a hair dryer (a bit inconvenient, but there are many hair washing services nearby) and the sound insulation is really bad (I can understand the price of this hotel)

When step in a very good hotel smell. Bed and pillow is comfy. So far the hotel room is clean. Walking distance to Nagoya hill mall, massage center and famous breakfast spot.

It was my first time to stay in this hotel. The room was very comfortable and relaxing. The shower in the shower room was great. The water was very powerful and the temperature was very good. It was just that the toilet was clogged when I checked in, but the staff came to deal with it right away. The location was very convenient and we were able to visit all the attractions we wanted to visit. It's not far away. The staff downstairs in the hotel are very friendly. This experience is great.

It's clean and good value for money. If you go up to the 9th floor, there is a PAL cafe, where fusion Korean food and spaghetti are delicious.

Right smack at Nagoya! Ando provided me with a great stay when it first opened.This time, I returned disappointed to see black stained sheets - looked like a shoe print. Although staff changed it for us, it somewhat affected our stay there.Loved that they had Netflix that we could connect to.

The hotel is very new. We stayed in a triple room. The room was very spacious, the bed was good, and the price was not expensive. It was very convenient and there were a lot of food nearby. The only drawback was that the sound insulation was not good, and you could hear people talking in the corridor. The sound of cars outside.

Staff was super friendly. Thanks to the security and engineering team that helped when my tire was deflated for parking at the wrong place.Room was clean and overall the hotel has a very modern feel. Located conveniently at nagoya centre. Highly recommended.

A new hotel in front of Nagoya Hill shopping Mall. The staff are also smiling and friendly. The rooms are not large, but they are clean. There is no refrigerator, but there is a convenience store next door, so I don't think it's a big problem. This hotel is highly recommended for its location and reasonable price.

Family Suite (room is very big come with one king size bed & a single bed)👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Visited Batam for a short trip. Found this hotel at Agoda and it is very value for money. Very near Nagoya Hill Mall is just opposite the road , a convenience stall next to the hotel. Staff are nice and welcoming. Thank you to the staff who are very welcoming and I will come back again when I visit Batam.
