I used it because it was cheap. The smallness and age of the room were acceptable since it was cheap, but it was difficult to connect to Wi-Fi and the air conditioner wasn't adjustable in the room, so it was hot.

For better or worse, it's a run-of-the-mill business hotel. There is a coin laundry, but there are no restaurants or cafeterias within the hotel, so you will need to eat at a nearby restaurant or shop at a nearby convenience store. However, the number of rooms itself is large.

Maybe it's because of the low price, but I woke up several times at night because of the dry smell from my pillow and sheets. The unit bath was also filled with a dry smell.

The internet environment is Wi-Fi only. There were some reviews saying that the Wi-Fi was weak, so I looked into it and found that it only had 2.4GHz radio waves, which are the old standard 802.11n, and it seemed like the signal was slow due to interference rather than weak radio waves.I think it will be significantly improved just by changing the Wi-Fi equipment to a 5GHz compatible 802.11ax that is resistant to interference.Nowadays, having an internet connection in a hotel room is essential, and it has a big impact on the level of satisfaction during your stay, so I'd like to see it improved.

Standard small Japanese hotel, but dirty and careless with cleaning as the previous customers beverage was still sitting in the fridge and there were either mold or dust in the fridge as well. Aside from that, it's close to the train station and free bike rentals. Can't complain for $30/ night
