I knew about Family Lodge Hatagoya, but this was my first time staying here with my husband and two dogs.I didn't have high expectations at all since I had booked a room-only hotel since I was checking in late and only going to sleep, but the room was bigger than I expected and the bed was a queen size, which was better than I expected. It was!I read that the noise from trains and cars bothered me, but I was so exhausted that I was able to sleep without worrying too much.If I wasn't tired, the sound of the Shinkansen passing by was quite loud, so it might have bothered me.The price is low and a simple breakfast (bread, coffee, and juice) is included, so I'd like to use it again next time.There are only a few rooms that allow pets, so you need to make reservations early.

This is a casual inn that feels like a motel. The apartment-type rooms were highly independent and were comfortable for families to spend time together. Since it is along the railroad tracks, there are of course vibrations and noises, but it was not a problem as I could imagine it by looking at the map. I thought I would be staying without meals, but I was grateful that I was given coffee and bread at the front desk in the morning.

This was my second time staying here, but this time I couldn't sleep because of the noise and vibrations from the train.Last time I didn't really notice it...Freight runs until 4 a.m. and resumes again after 6 a.m.If you stay the night when you're not tired, you might get worried.My dog is also scared and can't sleep well...The wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling and there are no drink vending machines, so it's not as comfortable as other stores.It might be a good idea to stay the night if you are exhausted from sightseeing until late.

I think people who say that trains are too noisy just don't have enough research (*`･ω･´)Kiri.When I stayed there, there was a rush for freight trains from after the last train until around 4:00 AM (it took about 5 to 10 minutes to pass).The sound is quite loudIt suddenly stops after 4 o'clock.Earplugs are a must if you're concerned.The windows are probably double glazed for soundproofing purposes.The rooms, which look a little old, are well-cleaned and clean.A washlet toilet is also available.The staff are also very kind and have a friendly atmosphere.Shinkansen trains operate at a slower speed during the night, so they are quieter.
