ICE MOUNTAIN Cafe & Guesthouse

I used the cafe instead of staying overnight.It was empty around 1pm on a weekday and I was able to relax.The coconut coffee wasn't very tasty, but it's quiet and relaxing so I'd like to use it again.

It is not recommended to stay here at all!! Very bad experience

We are a Taiwanese couple who booked a room through the Agoda platform and checked into the room here on September 28. When we checked in at 4pm, a Chinese employee led us into room 304 on the third floor. First of all, the website indicated that we ordered a double room with one bed and a balcony. However, this room only had two separate single beds and no balcony. It was very different from the photos of the room booked at that time.After a tiring day of travel, we entered the room to rest around 12 o'clock. At around 1 o'clock in the morning, other strangers pressed the code to enter the room. At that moment, we were very panicked and had no clothes on. The other party was a group of Chinese girls. They told us that we had booked this room at the same time, so they knew the password.So all the residents on the third floor came out together to deal with it. We tried to contact the store, but there was no response after repeated calls. It was not until four o'clock in the morning, after the Chinese girls left to catch a plane, that we were able to enter the room to rest. Because I had to catch the bus to Lake Kawaguchi at 6 o'clock, I didn't get any rest all night.After returning to Taiwan, I tried to contact the Agoda platform and asked Ice Mountain to be responsible for compensating the room fee for that day. Agoda platform told us after two weeks of contact that the hotel operator had no response at all and asked us to handle it ourselves...Let us record our experience and let everyone see how exaggerated this accommodation is. We also ask hoteliers to take responsibility and contact us for compensation.

The taste was average and the attitude of the staff was bad.

The menu is delicious and the interior is very cute, but the customer service is... . .Everyone says they're Korean, but I think they're probably Taiwanese or Chinese based on the menu and the accent of their words. (I live in Korea, so I know that the clerk is not Korean.)Well, it doesn't matter what country the person is from, but when there are customers, the staff member will be smoking in front of the store, and the smell will come all the way into the room, and the coffee is delicious, but there are a lot of things that are disappointing. I don't think I'll go anymore.

I've been looking forward to it for a long time and was finally able to go!The space was very cute and stylish in Korea, but it was also very comfortable! The newspaper-style menu was cute, and the fries were delicious!I want to try other menu items so I would like to go again!

We stayed at the cafe and the guest house above it. The cleanliness and service of the guest house were very good, and the attitude of the staff was also great. The food at the cafe was very delicious and we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely use it again.

I ordered takeout, but after paying, I was told that it would take about 10 minutes to prepare. When I asked them to cancel and change it to something that would be ready immediately, they suddenly said, ``It will be ready within 5 minutes.'' However, even though it was busy and I had to go early, it actually took more than 10 minutes instead of 5 minutes. And to be honest, it didn't taste very good either.

It is great in terms of price, quality, performance and location. It is quite affordable and comfortable compared to similar rooms in Tokyo. Metro, market, dry cleaning areas and vending machines are also very close.
