It's a cost-effective accommodation in a good location, so you can go anywhere close by. The lobby is comfortable and the city view is also good.

Excellent locationBut the noise level in the rooms is unbearableYou hear the trains every 2 minutes despite the high floor. As soon as I approached the reception, they automatically took out earplugs.Despite the smiles they made no effort to solve the problem.I came on vacation to restAnd they explained to me at the reception that between 12 at night and 5 in the morning there are no trains.I have slept in airports and there was no such noise as in the room. The minimum is to mention it on the website and not wait until 18 in the evening when you enter the room and then offer you earplugs. In conclusion, the location is not worth the noise for people who are looking for quiet like me.The breakfast was disappointing and hot drinks ( not browed coffee) where with extra charge. The breakfast crew was not nice .

The room was okay, the location is pretty convenient. The staff were not bad, but their English wasn’t that good and the whole check in experience was not very pleasant. The BIG turn off for me is that I understand the green policy that they will only be cleaning rooms every two days. They have a very confusing door sign. The door sign has two way, One way is orange and the other way is grey which stated “The room will be cleaned every 2 days. If a guest room is closed to our cleaning staff, the room will be cleaned the following day”. And apparently they consider this as a do not disturb sign as well? The hotel sent me an email at the afternoon 1230 and expected me to reply by 3 pm if I wanted my room clean.First, this is very confusing. Second, why would you expect me to check my email constantly when I’m on my vacation?I think this whole situation could be prevented, staff should talk to guests upon check in about this. To be honest, I wasn’t the only one that put the grey sign on. So I assume this situation happened all the time and they really should do better for the price they asked for.

Staff were great. Rooms were smaller than my toilet AND next to a train line OR main road with sirens all night. After the non stop trains, I let them know that i needed to love rooms and they were kinda cool about it. …

Staying at Sequence Miyashita Park has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Despite traveling extensively across Japan and having pleasant stays in other hotels, my 3-night stay here has been a nightmare and I’m not someone who over exaggerates. Upon check-in, I requested extra pillows for my family cause each bed only had 1 pillow. All other hotels provided us with 2 pillows, but the front receptionist told me, ‘I’m sorry, we need to check stock, but most probably we don’t have any extra pillows.’ I made it clear that if they couldn’t provide the pillows ( Arisa even mentioned they only provide 1 pillow per bed). I told would have no choice but to check out, as my family and I would feel uncomfortable without them. After constant calls and going to the front desk and even told them that do they want me to walk across to Nitori to get the pillows ? It took them an hour to finally provide the pillows, and when they arrived, they had a terrible smell. Also let me share this, Arisa at front desk, Why don’t you state on your website that you only provide one pillow per bed? She said, ‘It’s not listed, but the photos show only one pillow.’ This baffles me. I will say this, she was not at all apathetic.I also tried to make an outgoing call to Daiwa Roynet Hotel, where I stayed before coming here, but I couldn’t even call out from my room. They told me I had to go to the front office or reception to make the call, which is a first for me. For the price I paid at Daiwa Roynet compared to here, it’s about the same, but the service and room quality there were so much better—I just can’t describe it in words. The noise from the trains and traffic outside is constant; you hear the train passing by every few minutes, and it’s really loud. Especially in room 1601, a corner unit, the noise makes it difficult to fall asleep. The bathroom is tiny, really is small even when sitting on the WC and the overall atmosphere feels more like a budget hotel. The young front desk staff seem out of touch and lack maturity (probably the new Gen Z who just don’t know how to communicate with customers). I cut my trip short here, staying for just 1 night, as it was already almost 10 pm and I couldn’t find another hotel. I am moving out today to a different hotel and they agreed to refund me. This is an honest review from a frequent traveler and a family man in his 50s and this is meant to help your Managemnt make the necessary improvements and not intended to put you out of business.Pls see photo attached. The pillow is stained and their video on Fb shows they provide 2 pillows. Why did Arisa say only 1 is provided and asked me to see the photos online when I asked her why it’s not stated anywhere that only 1 pillow per bed will be provided.

I visited the cafe and it was very good♪I visited in midsummer, and the ceiling was high and it was cool and comfortable.I think I'll be able to work on my computer better if I have a seat with a power source.Convenient payment options include PayPay and Rakuten Pay.Please note that cash cannot be used!postscriptI used a hotel in 2024, but the room was small, rather than Shibuya price or inbound price.Although it is very convenient for transportation and many restaurants, I don't think it is suitable for people who want to relax at a hotel. Please note that some rooms do not have bathtubs.

I just stayed here and I have to say I don’t quite understand the bad reviews. I stayed 4 nights and the queen room had plenty of space, it was clean, there was NO bed bugs.. The room could use a paint job and maybe wipe down the wooden walls but other than that the views were awesome, staff were nice and helpful, and the location was perfect! You can kind of hear the train but it’s not loud nor a sound that would wake most people. My room only had two pillows so I called the front desk and they got me more. There’s extra towels in the drawer under the TV. I personally didn’t care that the room wasn’t cleaned every day. There is coin laundry that I used twice and had no problems. The view was insane! I recommend this hotel and would for sure go back.
