Large construction site that is noisy right opposite!and The rooms are unnecessarily small, the cleaning is a bit sloppy. There was a lot of noise from a large construction site located directly opposite (20 m), which is in progress at least throughout 2025. It would have been great if the hotel had informed us of this! Electricity compensated!I showed that everything is small in Tokyo, but it was as if the hotel's rooms were small "on purpose", i.e. unnecessarily small and without the fact that they were well-decorated rooms that can then in a good way take advantage of the fact that they are precisely small in relation to usable decor. The cleaning was sloppy, and there was not particularly good service, but okBut the hotel has a great location and a nice coffee bar at the bottom.

Great location, very well connected with other parts of the city. The bar downstairs is nice for breakfast and dinner. The rooms are comfortable but tiny. Slightly overpriced for the space we got.

I was not satisfied with the hotel at all other than the location. It's too narrow, so it's okay for a solo traveler. Not recommended for a two-person trip.No business trips! There is no space to unfold the suitcase

It has a lot of access, but it wasn't too noisy outside. It's in just the right place. The only guests staying are foreigners. It's decorated with a lot of fashion, but I'm sure Japanese travelers would find this room expensive for this price, and I actually thought so.

Rooms are extremely small. We had two carry on bags with us and did not have space to keep them open and accessible. Bed was comfortable and shower and toilet are both great. Location is amazing. My only complaint is the room size as well as lack of closet/hanging space for clothes and coats.

rooms : too small for a family of 4 , we had 3 suitcases and had to stack our clothes on top of them as there is no closet and the 3 shelves were only 6" deep lol. I think the hotel would have happier guests if they do more creative storage for the small space. PS beds were twin bed size , very tiny for 2 adults.service : the computer screen check in was the last thing we wanted to do after travelling 15 hours to get there. it would be nice to have a proper welcome to a hotel with a real person. On previous trips to Japan we enjoyed being able to talk to someone upon arrival and hear about the hotel from them. breakfast was amazing however the service was a hit or miss. The sign says to stand and wait to be seated but you can stand there for 5 minutes with someone not seeing you to seat you so there is room for improvement there.location : the only reason we booked the location.

The room in person is consistent with the photos on the official website, clean and tidy, and there is a water dispenser and coin-operated washing machine on the 7th floor. The location is very good, next to Miyashita Park, there is a restaurant on the first floor, a self-service check-in counter on the second floor, and a restaurant next to it. There is a convenience store within a 3-minute walk, and there are many businesses nearby where you can eat and shop.
