I think it was good to spend time with the kids in the 4-person room because it was just the right size. The internal structure was also good. I especially liked it because it was so close to the subway. I liked the room because it was cost-effective, but there are non-smoking and smoking rooms, but the non-smoking room was fully booked, so we spent the day in the smoking room. I would say it's the worst. I stayed up all night smelling like cigarettes. Please refrain from smoking in the smoking room. I have children and I regret having to make a reservation. Everything else is fine. I ordered breakfast in the morning and they gave me a box lunch. The lunch box was also delicious. Please avoid smoking rooms. Haha

The hallway already stinks, and when you enter the room it stinks even more. The air conditioner has not been cleaned and does not cool down easily. The only thing I can appreciate is that the building is new. That also offsets the other negative points.

After making a reservation based on the ease of access and price, I read the reviews and checked in thinking I was in the right place. There was someone at the reception, but since it was a Japanese person on the day of my stay, the reception was normal. The exterior, entrance, and hallway of the building were beautiful as it was built in 2019.As mentioned in other reviews, the room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. Change the air by fully opening the windows and fully opening the air conditioner. However, compared to the inns I stayed at in the past when there was no concept of non-smoking, it's not as unbearable as it could be. Because the walls and air conditioner are not sticky. It's only 5 years old, so it doesn't look old. There was dust from the air conditioner, but it wasn't as bad as it was at home.No dust on the stoveThe bathroom was well ventilated and I felt refreshed within 30 minutes after taking a bath. The narrowness was not a concern. I am a large person at 178 cm and 88 kg.Bed is comfortable, TV is bigOverall, I thought it was worth the price and gave it a 3.Next time I will compare it with the APA hotel next door.

Stay in a smoking roomThere wasn't that much of a cigarette smell. It's a bit of a walk from Kanda Station, but it's a reasonable hotel in this area. There's a convenience store nearby, and it's nice to have a microwave in the room (⭐️+1)The room itself is not large, but it has sufficient facilities. There are outlets and USB ports in the room, so it's convenient to use your smartphone or laptop. The room was also equipped with deodorant.I didn't think the accommodation was as bad as other people's reviews said...I thought it was normal LiveMax quality.

Book a non-smoking room. There was an unavoidable cigarette smell in the elevator and the hallway, and the room smelled even worse, and I tried deodorizing spray and air purifier MAX, but the smell couldn't be removed. Especially the bathroom! ️The smell made me feel sick and it was the worst.
