Rooms are cleaned every 4 days so you would have to stay a minimum of 5 days to actually benefit from the cleaning service. They do provide additional towels and trash bags every day, but for a hotel at this price, I would expect it to be cleaned daily or at the very least every other day. Even cheaper hotels in the states will have daily cleaning as an option and I was under the false pretense that Japan had better customer service. The shower does not have a curtain or complete glass door, it is a partial glass door so as you shower, water will splash everywhere on the bathroom floor. There is a drain next to the tub to account for overflow when you bathe, but if you shower, you will have to wipe the the floor every time unless you want to walk around in puddles of water whenever you use the sink.We utilized their services to send our luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto. We sent a total of 5 suitcases and paid 12490 yen and they ended up losing two of our suitcases. Luckily the front desk at our Kyoto hotel was very kind and helpful. She had to call around to eventually find our luggage (something she shouldn’t have had to do for us because it was not her fault in any way) and we were very grateful she did that for us.The location was very convenient and is the only highlight of our stay. We were on the 21st floor but our room faced the residential areas so the view was okay.Response to reply:Why would there be different plans for something that should be a standard service? You might as well add a plan for new towels daily or new towels every 4 days at this point. My brother and I are both doctors in the U.S. Do you think that we’re dumb enough to not notice a door to close the shower? You are contracted with that company to deliver our luggage so their service is a reflection upon you as well. By providing this service, you are vouching for their quality, if their service is bad, you should utilize a different company. I also think it shows poor character to throw them under the bus like that too. Please at least own to it and take partial responsibility. Disappointing response from this business.

Rooms big enough for a family of 5. In room washing room great when traveling and don't need to bring too much clothes. Quiet that you can barely hear the train below. Store downstairs to buy food with 7/11 and Family Mart near by. Train stations are walkable! Great place to be your hub while exploring Japan.

I would recommend this place for a family trip to Tokyo. Our room on the top floor had two bed rooms, plus a small kitchenette and dining area. It had a decent bathroom and a washing machine. By Tokyo standards it was large. View was great. 5 minutes walk to the trains and a 24 hour supermarket downstairs. Staff universally helpful.

The staff were very friendly. This hotel is close to the nightlife and shopping. Plenty of food options and supermarkets close by. The room itself was immaculate. The bed comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone!

Bedsheets smell like smoke in a non smoking room. Staff is unfriendly and they only clean the room once every 5 days but its not being cleaned properly. They make the checkout at 10AM so they clean on your time and then charge you extra if you checkout at 10:30 AM. Staff can only say; sorry this is our policy. Which adds to the impersonal and unfriendly vibe in the hotel. The location is the worst part of Shinjuku. Do NOT go to this terrible place, there are much much better options in Tokyo.
