I booked a single bed for two people. The environment is acceptable. It is very close to the station. The street outside the accommodation is very lively. It is convenient for shopping.

This is a great deal for the money. Super convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and an elevator. We had a spacious triple room with a tatami floor,a small table with 3 floor cushions, and a mini fridge. The beds were firm but surprisingly comfortable; the AC was quiet and effective; no traffic noise; the traditional Japanese bathroom was spacious with a huge tub; the hand basin area was a good size and had a small mirror; and there were even robes supplied. Just one pillow per bed, but it was comfortable. The place isn't new by any means, so if that or a soft bed are important to you, skip it, but this was perfect for me and two teens with easy access to the Yamanote line for trips to Shibuya and Harajuku. Thank you for a great stay!!

It's nice to have space to spread out your suitcase.The price is ridiculously cheapArrive in 3 minutes from Shin-Okubo StationThere is also a convenience store right next to it.Luggage storage is possible.

The place is situated in an amazing place. 3 mins away from the nearest subway station (Yamanote line), there's a 7/11 right around the corner and the neigborhood is quiet at night. You can't find better at this price.The only thing is that the building is aging so that the rooms are not luxurious. But it's clean and that was the important part.

While the location is great, this is a really old hotel. I rented a room for two days (this is still the first day btw) and it seems like it is both old and dirty. The wifi is broken and you cannot connect to the room's wifi. THere is cockroach in the room, making it even worse. Don't get me start about the smell.

I go to stay every time I go to Tokyo. The price is better than anywhere else. The location is very convenient to travel. There is a 7-11 in front of the hotel. The hotel is not new, it is quite old but clean inside. Can turn on the hot or cold air conditioner Room width 20 sq m., double bed. Opens 2 pockets easily. The shower room smelled a little bit and after closing the door it disappeared. The housekeeper cleans every day.

The walls were thin and I woke up early in the morning to the sound of foreigners talking loudly.Drainage of the bathtub was prohibited as the smell would come from the drain.Body soap and shampoo conditioner were kept in sachets rather than bottles.It's overall old, but considering the price, it's reasonable.

Location is superb. Very close to Shin-okubo station with very good connection with the famous Shinjuku and Shibuya. Our room was nice and we really enjoyed our stay. They have a 24 hours reception and very friendly and attentive staff.

Nice room for the price. Tap water tasted and smelled bad, it seems they're having pipe / drain problems. A large 100¥ bottle from the convenience store solved that problem. The mattress and the blanket were a bit short, even for me and I'm only 5'3" (160cm). However, the mattress and the pillow were more comfortable than in the other, more expensive business hotel we stayed in Tokyo, and we had the first good night sleep in a week. The curtains had dust on them that must have taken a looooong time to accumulate, luckily neither of us has dust allergies. Everything seems old but overall well maintained. Loved the spacious bathroom, with a traditional squat shower and a deep bathtub, a separate toilet, and a nice floor sitting area with a low table. Together with the accent wall and wall decals, it created a relaxing home atmosphere.Only one key was provided for two people.Your mileage may vary.

The phone calls and customer service are good, but the room is too bad. It's a former love hotel, so if you want to soak in the historic tiled bathtub, you're not allowed to use it! ️This is really annoying💢😡💢👊😠👊🔥😡🔥, but the drain is clogged and I can't use the shower!! What does ️ mean!! ️ I was really angry and wanted to ask for a refund, but I held back because it would also appease my companion. You won't be able to use the hotel unless you clearly clarify the problem over the phone and convey your wishes before visiting.

This is my second stay in this hotel.I scored this hotel 4 stars a couple of years back but upon visiting again I am reducing the score to 1 star.The hotel is a renovated apartment complex, the rooms are outdated and dusty despite the cleaning efforts, the building is surrounded by businesses and parking slots/garbage accumulation spots.The bathroom is also outdated and some tiles could use a stronger cleaning method or a complete replacement.There are roach traps set around the room and there is no air purifier despite the dust and pollution.The worst was that the tatami in my room had water damage, it stank and was wet underneath. The dampness seemed to be running down from the wallpaper and further down under the tatami, across the center of the room. Within hours, I've responded with severe allergies, coughing fits, wheezing and clogged sinuses.My symptoms drastically subsided the next day, after checking out and spending some time outdoor in fresh air.This lead me to believe that the hotel is suffering from a serious mold problem and won't spend money to replace their tatamis or renovate their rooms and bathrooms.Also, their prices rose significantly over the years, and I've paid far less for way more over other hotels, only on this vacation.Just the location isn't worth the money, nor the health issues.
