Summer vacation in August!I stayed at Executive House Zen, which was my dream.Check in a little early. The food presentation will start immediately from lunch.I went to my room without staying too long.Afternoon, we had cake, then went to Golden Spa... We had lunch in the small but beautiful pool, and had a nightcap with hors d'oeuvres!I also experienced the flourishing garden pool.(Pool and spa are free for Zen guests)In the morning, go to SATSUKI for the best breakfastOnce again, we took a dip in the garden pool in the morning and then went straight to have a morning snack. There was no one there, so I had a relaxing coffee in a private room.We are New Otani Club members and were able to extend our checkout until 3pm. After that, I continued to enjoy the presentations throughout the lunch and afternoon hours.I thought I would stay at a hotel in Tokyo even though I live in the suburbs, but I thought there was a place where I could play like a child in the hotel, and there was also a place where I could have fun in an adult atmosphere.Executive House Zen, no, Hotel New Otani. Tokyo was really amazing.

I stay here 1-3 times every year and I really recommend it❣The hospitality is truly amazing! When staff enter the room, please take off your shoes before entering. And I think it's because I've stayed there many times, but when I first stayed there, I asked for a Blu-Ray player and each time I stayed there, they left one for me.Mr. Zen uses this facility to retreat, so I don't know about the other facilities, but they have many of the top-class staff in New Otani. And the candy bath you get at check-in is delicious.I think it depends on the rank of the room, but this room had 4 TVs lol

It was a great executive lounge. In particular, the double consommé soup had an elegant flavor that I had never tasted before. The atmosphere, including the room, was nice and relaxing.

I recently had the opportunity to spend a couple of nights at the Hotel New Otani Tokyo in the "Executive House Zen".I was highly impressed with the quality of service, amenities, cruise ship-scale of facilities (30+ restaurants?!), at a significantly lower price point than other 5 star hotels we stayed at across Japan.Further, this hotel does not engage in the "nickle and dime" approach that can sometimes be an issue at luxury hotels. For instance, the minibar in the room was stocked with non-alcoholic beverages, all of which were complimentary during our stay. The bathroom amenities were also very nice. The folks at the Executive Lounge were all amazing and eager to assist in any way they could. I wanted to give a shout-out to Motoshi Terao, Assistant Manager, for going above and beyond for us. We hadn't made any reservations for meals at the hotel, and they were full for the night, so Terao-san found another local restaurant for us to try as we wanted to do Yakitori before leaving. He phoned and made a reservation for us, and even gave us a piece of paper with a few dishes he recommended. It was all delicious (of course, it's Japan!) and a great way to end our trip to Japan. The breakfast buffet at Satsuki was AMAZING and we received great service there as well.Let's not forget the garden, which is actually huge, it's not just good angles by the marketing team to make it look good. It really is that big. And of course, it's very beautiful and calming- I recommend checking it out both during the day and at night. The hotel is quite close to Akasaka-mitsuke station, which is good but please be aware that rush hour the Ginza and Marinouchi lines can get quite busy.I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel, I only wish we had a few more nights there so we could have tried all the restaurnts. If you aren't sure, please try it, you won't regret it!

My wife and I stayed in Executive House Zen for the last 3 nights of our trip and honestly it should have been longer. The service was commendable. Ms. Karen Sadaishi went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. She made a phone call to make a dinner reservation, and even called the Asics Harajuku store multiple times for a special request. She kept me up to date with my request via email while we were out exploring Tokyo. We were truly grateful for her excellent service. Our room was upgraded the moment we checked in, and we had a great view of the Rose Garden. The bathroom was amazing (well lit mirror and great water pressure in the shower). We also loved the chocolates left on our bedside every night. The fridge was always well stocked and the options were endless. The lounge on our floor was a pleasant surprise. We always had an option to dine there for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just stop by for some snacks and tea. You can even catch a view of Fuji-san if the weather is nice that day. The location is pretty good, although it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest station. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we ever enjoyed, with seemingly endless options. I also went to Satsuki restaurant for their seasonal Tottori Wagyu burger, and it is probably the best burger I ever had. I even went back for dinner on the last night, but they were out of stock for the day. Mr. Tamura helped us load our luggage to the taxi on our last day. We had a friendly conversation about our favorite Pokemon while we were waiting for the cab. The staff was truly hospitable and enhanced our stay. We loved it here and we will be back.
