Last time I stayed in the main building, and this time I stayed in a separate villa, and everything was great. Just like last time, I was very impressed with the food. The private bath in Umion no Mori and the sea breeze on the terrace are a blissful moment that you can't experience anywhere else. Of course, the open-air bath in the room was also great and had a great view. When I visited before, the foreign staff even remembered my name and I felt comfortable serving customers with a smile. Everything in the hotel was clean and comfortable, and I was grateful for the free drinks, and I hope to visit again soon. thank you for helping me.

I stayed there for my birthday last year and it was so nice that I decided to stay here for my birthday this year too ♡Both rooms were separate from the villa, and this time it was Sakuzuki's room.The view from the room was very good, and the bath in the room was also nice ✨Although we came at the same time, the menu was completely different and we really enjoyed it!The spiny lobster shabu-shabu, the abalone oysteryaki, and the fried Kasako chicken are so crispy that you can eat them right down to the bones and head.The staff was very attentive and it was a comfortable stay.The hot spring Mikaze Terrace was still wonderful.You can also relax in Umion no Mori.The difference from last time was that it was all-you-can-drink until 9pm, so it almost felt like an all-inclusive experience. I'm happy to say that you can enjoy all-you-can-drink branded sake and Atami beer.It was a shame that the refrigerator in the room and the refrigerator on the terrace were stocked with canned beer and non-alcoholic cans from last time, but if you order the all-you-can-drink option, it's the same, so I guess it's free.I think users who don't drink that much would be happy to have carbonated water or ramune, so I'd be happy if they returned to the refrigerator on the terrace.The overall reviews were still great ✨Honestly, I'm surprised there are so many bad reviews.

I used it for my anniversary plan. I stayed in a room on the top floor of an annex.All of the employees were very polite and courteous, and I never felt uncomfortable.Because it is located in the mountains, there are some insects around the open-air bath in the room. Those who are really afraid of insects should be careful. (When I stayed there in November, there were several small spiders and stink bugs along the walls.)The private bath has a truly spectacular view. In addition, there is a refrigerator with free drinks in the private bath, so you can drink as much as you like, so it is highly recommended for those who like alcohol.I felt like the amount of dinner was quite large, so I thought it would be better to not force myself to finish the first part of the course so I could enjoy the main course in the second half. The employees are also very kind, so if you just say something to them, they'll lower it without making a bad face even if you leave a little bit on the table.If we couldn't finish our anniversary cake at the restaurant, we had it brought to our room later.As for the location, you'll have to drive through a narrow, steeply sloping residential area, so we recommend checking with the inn in advance if you're driving a large or extremely low vehicle.You will need to use the stairs to get to the private bath and restaurant in the annex, so please be careful when staying in the annex if you are worried about your legs or back.There were several negative reviews, so I was quite worried before staying, but it turned out to be a great stay for our anniversary.

As expected from Atami⚠️The road is narrow, there are many slopes, and it is steep.The slope going up to the inn is out if an oncoming car comes 😅It's a quiet inn.Both the open-air bath in the room and the free private bath have nice views if the weather is nice.Dinner was a satisfying kaiseki meal with some Italian elements, but the breakfast was at the level of a guesthouse.However, you have to climb a long staircase to reach the room.I think it's free for those who are worried about their legs and back.

Visited again for the first time in 4 years. I didn't have high expectations for the view or the room, but the open-air bath in the guest room and the private open-air bath that you can bathe in while lying down are the best. And the dinner was great, which I had high expectations for in the past, but it tasted like a half-baked Italian dish, and if it was 100 points four years ago, it's now about 30 points. The breakfast was pretty average, and the dessert at the end was coffee jelly, which was terrible in taste and quantity.I think it's better not to serve this. I couldn't believe my eyes. It may be tough due to the coronavirus pandemic, but if you are going to lower the quality, I would like you to raise the price. There are no repeats

The foreign staff work very hard and the food is delicious. The room is spacious and the view is wonderful. But that's it. Why is this place treated as a luxury hotel? I wonder why customers keep visiting with such pricing. I wouldn't stay here unless it was Goto.

The room was nice!The room bath was enough, but I also went to the private bath! The view is also quite good.However, the food was surprisingly average, so I was a little disappointed. ☆3.5
