Went for the superior twin room with sea view. There is a semi open private bath/onsen in the room, and a kitchen area. Great room and a very nice view of the bay and castle.

I arrived a little lost. The sashimi platter for dinner was very delicious. It was quiet and relaxing. The open-air bath was also nice.

We have an open-air bath in a great location!Bathing in a hot spring overlooking the sea of Atami was exceptional! The room is average in a good way! There is no inconvenience as everything is available. It felt like I had come to the hot spring in my room. However, the open-air bath made up for it all!

The wallpaper in the room was peeling and looked disappointing, but the bathroom facilities such as the rooftop open-air bath made up for it.It's a good accommodation if you don't mind because it's cheaper than others.

The location is alright, the service is alright. The hotel is very dated, not very clean and the rooms are bad. The futons are extremely hard. The hotel is called Grand view but its nothing grand about this view.

I have used it repeatedlySince it's a condominium, I was planning to bring in some food to cook, but the water supply was cut off😱When I checked with the receptionist, they said they were investigating the cause and calling a vendor. There are times when you have to go down to the reception side to use the toilet instead of in your room. After that, there were times when water was available, but it was inconvenient. But the problem is after thatI won't ask for my money back when I check out, but I was wondering if they would offer me some kind of service, but they didn't even say a single word of apology oh(´・ω・`)...Last time usedI came back because I liked that the room had a kitchen, multiple private baths, and it was free, but I might not do it again in the future.
